Comment : We had an emergency situation with our vehicle while traveling. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road ASAP! Everyone was so nice and so helpful. Can't thank them enough.

Comment : Paid $1000 to end up in the side of the road 2 days later. Owner would not look at the car again or refund any money. Felt extremely taken advantage of. Would most definitely recommend people NOT go here!

Comment : Do not go here. Overpriced. Drawn out. Took a year and nothing was completed on my vehicle, every time I checked in there was a new excuse and promise that it was going to be worked on. Very disappointed in my experience here.

Comment : Stay away from this shop. This place has really gone down hill. Giannini will price gouge you and take unnecessary steps to make extra money off you, charge for services you didn?t need or ask for without contacting you first.

Comment : I waited 4 months for my vehicle to get fixed, upon completion i learned he destroyed my transmission. This guy should?ve put out of business. His diagnostics are triple what other places cost. He will squeeze blood out of a turnip. Total loss for me dealing with this place. Stay away.
