Don really knows what he is doing. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs! 1 Reviews Erin w. Kirkwood, MO Reviewed : 03/13/2026 Comment : Paid $1000 to end up in the side of the road 2 days later. Owner would not look at the car again or refund any money. Felt extremely taken advantage of. Would most definitely recommend people NOT go here! 1 Reviews Paul m. Kirkwood, MO Reviewed : 03/04/2026 Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them. 1 Reviews Isaac Kirkwood, MO Reviewed : 03/02/2026 Comment : Do not go here. Overpriced. Drawn out. Took a year and nothing was completed on my vehicle, every time I checked in there was a new excuse and promise that it was going to be worked on. Very disappointed in my experience here. 1 Reviews Joe rockett Kirkwood, MO Reviewed : 03/02/2026 Comment : I waited 4 months for my vehicle to get fixed, upon completion i learned he destroyed my transmission. This guy should?ve put out of business. His diagnostics are triple what other places cost. He will squeeze blood out of a turnip. Total loss for me dealing with this place. Stay away. 1 Reviews Don s Kirkwood, MO Reviewed : 03/02/2026 Comment : Stay away from this shop. This place has really gone down hill. Giannini will price gouge you and take unnecessary steps to make extra money off you, charge for services you didn?t need or ask for without contacting you first. 1 Reviews Lavonne Deck Kirkwood, MO Reviewed : 01/26/2026 Comment : 1 Reviews Randall beck Kirkwood, MO Reviewed : 01/19/2026 Comment : Transmission quit working on our car, so I had it towed to the nearest auto shop, which unfortunately ended up being Gianni's. He said he fixed a ton of cars without having to change one part, and he swears by this BG service that cleans out transmissions. He did the service, then changed the filter in the transmission. Was told it was like new. Paid $1200 for that, and two days later the car was stuck on the side of the road with the same exact issue. Paid $170 to have it towed back to Gianni's, only for Don to tell me he needed to replace the battery and cables, and add another expensive diagnostic fee, for $600 before he could look at it. That would have been $1800 total for a car that was still not fixed. Don said that a check engine light came on since I had it back, so that was a whole new ball game. He kept telling me it was my fault and that he would have to start the diagnostics all over again. Said he checked the miles and that I drove it 1600 miles since it was at his shop, lol. I picked it up Dec 26th, and it was on the side of the road on Jan 2, so 7 days total, but only drove it on 2 of those days, impossible to drive 1600 miles in 2 days. I told him to not touch another thing on my car, that I would come get it out of his scam of a business. When I went to pick it up, I was walking out of his office and he called me an idiot, to my back as I was trying to leave. This joke of a mechanic needs to be shut down. Charging outrageous prices to not even fix anything, then refusing to fix his own shoddy work. The worst experience with an auto shop I've ever had. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. 1 Reviews Garrett grelle Kirkwood, MO Reviewed : 12/31/2025 Comment : I had my timing belt inaccurately replaced in 2022 and have spent more than thousand dollars to correct it. They also uncessarily replaced the radiator (which now leaks), saying it was required to replace the belt (it isn't). I absolutely love my old car, it is a shame you could not take care of it.
