Comment : Used to always do good work, now its more like a casino where you can gamble with your car. I've been going here for years and every time its either they have went above and beyond or did so poor of work that you feel scammed, no in-between. It seems like they want to do the easy stuff and ignore the hard problems, which is pretty bad; Don't bother telling them what you want done, cause they wont do it anyways or will get cheaper alternative parts when they do. So if you got a functioning brain or a pair of hands you'd be better off taking your car somewhere else or doing it yourself.

Comment : Get ready for major disappointment. broke down on interstate. alternator locked up sunday. called Monday morning t see if they can replace it . I got the part. the say said . booked for 3 weeks. its a 2 hour job. i guess they dont need business. I went to Hardy's very friendly and fixed same morning.

Comment : Gerry The mechanic is awesome however, for the one star is because the receptionist that answers the phone is ridiculously rude. Can t seem to be bothered by anybody. She s extremely hateful is very unprofessional To have an attitude every time you ask her a question. As soon as they get rid of the reception, I ll be back to get my vehicle fixed until then. I will never come back to this mechanic shop ever again.

Comment : I had severe damage to my car after a hailstorm. I took it to another place local in Wentzville and when they worked with my insurance they deemed it a total loss. My new insurance contact (was also in the process of switching insurance companies) suggested I reach out to Dennis at Gerry Counts. Dennis went out of his way to meet us closer to my house AND ultimately was able to fix my car without it being deemed a total loss. They did an excellent job repairing it and I could not be more impressed with how they went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you!
