Comment : Did nice repair work buuuut if you want to get your vehicle back literally weeks, don't go here. I feel bad for the insurance companies that they rip off for the over pricing of estimated quotes. I've had worse damage done to my vehicle in the past and gotten it back in a third of the time these guys took for the most minimum amount of cosmetic damage I've ever seen. Recommend getting a quote elsewhere and save yourself some time.

Comment : If a dealer or insurance company tries to recommend this shop to you, run away as fast as you can. I initially took my car here against my better judgement just to make my life a little easier. They were horrible with communication and struggled to find parts for my car. I ended up having to buy a headlight out of my pocket to get the car finished because they "couldn't find one anywhere". I am convinced at this point they never even looked. while the insurance company did reimburse me eventually, The fact that I had to do the leg work is Unacceptable. When the car finally was returned to me the hood, fenders and door were covered in contaminate marks and looked as though they had been bolted to the car by a blind man. If I hadn't been completely over this place I would have told them to redo it. Unfortunately for me that decision came back to bite me as a year later the clear coat on the hood started to peal off. When I took the car back to them to get it fixed they insisted it was due to a rock chip and not their fault. This was ignoring the fact that before the accident the car was absolutely peppered with rock chips and none of them caused the hood to make like a banana. Eventually they did re-clear the hood, badly I may add, while ignoring all of the other issues I brought up. This left me neutral enough of their work to just live and let live. UNTIL I noticed that the front bumper of the car is starting to peal now. Yes, there are rock chips in the bumper. Yes, I drive the car a lot. No, the rock chips did not make the god forsaken clear coat peal off. If anything it just exposed their absolutely horrid workmanship. If I never go back to this place it will be too soon, as I now have to figure out what the hell I'm going to do with this thing. I refuse to go back to get it "fixed" by them and I don't have the spare cash to have an actual body shop deal with it properly. KEEP YOUR CARS AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Comment : I wouldn’t go there. I had body work and paint done on the left rear side of my car. Every time they said my car was ready, I would inspect it and find problems, and that happened three times. The first time they missed a scratch and had dirt in the paint. The second time they had a rough finish on one of the panels, my door had a weirdly bad gloss to it, and there was paint overspray. The third time they had clear coat overspray. I was appreciative of the fact that they were willing to get it right after each time, but the fact that they don’t check the quality of their work is shocking.

Comment : I was referred to Gerber Collision by my insurance after an accident. Gerber contacted me and advised they were picking up my car from the tow yard. A week later I called for an update and was told they forgot to pick up my car and would arrange for pick up immediately. 2 weeks later my car was still sitting at the tow yard! This delay caused me to incurr rental fees due to having to extend the rental. The good news is the regional manager Jay Pope personally reached out to me, apologized for the delay and reimbursed me for the rental fees. I appreciate Jay swiftly reaching out to make amends and his outstanding service recovery efforts.

Comment : Work got done, took 10 days longer than estimated, some panels gapped tight some not, was painted but left runs on the edges when asked about them was told you have to leave the car longer to fix it. 3 weeks was long enough. For some UNKNOWN reason the carpets were soak and wet to the mildew stage, when asked what happened was told we always hose down the carpets, just put some baking soda down it'll ok🤨 wasn't the worst but not the best business encounter.

UPDATE; 4 months later mildew smell overtakes you while driving even after a interior shampooing at a detail shop. Car is ruined😡
