Comment : Dropped my Jeep off September 9 for a repair estimated at 7–8 days. When I called September 21, I was told work hadn't even started. Promised updates didn't happen, and I had to keep chasing them for answers. Finally picked it up October 9—30 days later. Delays are frustrating, but the poor communication made it worse. I would not use this location again.

Comment : I was very pleased with the repairs we had done on our car, from repairing hail damage from April to replacing the back window and other dents from a tree falling on it in June. They did an excellent job! The outside of the car looks new, they completely got the rest of the miniature glass shards out of the back seat and trunk, and they deep cleaned everything to finish removing the smell from the water damage when the tree fell on it. We can use our back seat again! They estimated 2 weeks for repairs. It took 2.5 weeks, but only because they had to send it to Arkansas for part of the work. We were thrilled with the work and highly recommended Gerber Collision. We also really liked going here because they actually fix things and don't just replace panels (which makes the costs go up and more likely to total the vehicle). They're not trying to sell you a new car like the repair shops at a dealership. Two thumbs up!

Comment : Never too busy to give you excellent customer service. Always fair and looking out for my best interest. My truck and I visit often. Matt on St.louis St. Springfield gets us in and out plus a clean truck. Recommend for sure.
