Comment : I didn?t want to say too much at the time due to the circumstances and what not but I?m gonna have to take my 5 star review away. It?s too late for me to do much after 2 years of the repair. Just make sure you go over everything after having body work done from an accident that you weren?t at fault for.

Comment : I had never been here before as I moved here from out of state. I took a chance after reading the reviews. I was NOT disappointed. The bodywork was flawless and paint was a perfect match. Jim explained everything to me and kept in constant contact during the repair process. They detailed my vehicle which was an unexpected surprise. I had my SUV back two days early. Comment : I was referred by a family member who was very pleased with their experience here, I called to have my car inspected for damage and got right in the next day, Jim who took care of my car while I waited was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional he test drove my car to make sure everything was in good working order and thoroughly looked it over, afterwards he took the time to go over all of his findings with me and even took extra time to buff the front bumper out to put my mind at ease in case there were any minor scratches present

Comment : Jim at Gerber always goes above and beyond anytime I take my vehicles to Gerber for service. I know that things will get done and he will get my questions answered. I would recommend anyone go to Gerbers and have been going there for years bc of the service!

Comment : A truck swiped me in a parking lot, loosening the whole bumper/grill assembly. The people at Gerber snapped everything back in place and taped it, allowing me to continue with my life until repairs could be made. They did all this with a smile and no charge.
