Comment : We took our vehicle here after we were rear ended. Gerber only fixed our bumper when we clearly had trunk damage. They told the insurer that the trunk damage was unrelated to the accident which was completely false. After weeks of going back and forth we decided to go to another collision center who confirmed that the trunk damage was due to the accident. Horrible experience and waste of time. Will never go back or recommend them to others.

Comment : Quiet, Victor was very patient with me and helpful. There was a miscommunication with my insedent so I cannot comment on there service at this time.

Comment : Very disappointed in the way they ( supposedly ) fixed our vehicle which was in an accident… I’m gonna post a video… u be the judge!
Here’s an update! Have to return for the third time cause my front door that got the worst of the accident sounds like it’s about to fall off and there’s a crack on one of the hinges!
Owner & staff full of excuses and place blame on you for things clearly they have done upside down… NEVER GOING BACK THERE OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

Comment : Very happy with the work done - car looks brand new! Took less time than I thought - headlight areas and front bumper were very damaged or missing completely. Paint match was perfectly seamless.

Comment : Had a repair with them back in March 2023. Damage on my vehicle was pretty minimal all things considered (slight dents on the bumper), yet it took over a month for them to fix it. When I called they kept on making excuses and said they somehow initially fixed it incorrectly and at the end of it the price was pretty ridiculous as well. There needs to be some accountability here and if they messed something up they should work harder to fix it instead of maxing excuses, and if that means working longer on weekends they should do it without charging extra for labor like they most likely did for me since their final price was significantly higher than their initial estimate.

Comment : No longer the facility that it was 4 years ago. Difficult to get any answers or vague time commitments. Will be actively seeking another shop in the future. Used them for multiple jobs over the last year, decision not made in haste or a fit of pique.
