Earlier this year they repaired my BMW and did a fantastic job, so when the other car met up with a deer unexpectedly I decided to return, expecting another great experience. Instead I got the same crap experience others have described. First they overwrote the estimate for hours and the car was almost totaled. Thankfully the adjuster also realized they didn't need an entire expensive part, only a mount. Then I was told the car was still on track to be done on time. Well, the car is now days overdue, all I know is they "will be in touch", and they haven't answered their phone all week. So, yeah, just don't. 1 Reviews Abu aesha muttaqi Bath, PA Reviewed : 08/20/2025 Comment : They did a great job repairing my wife's car. An issue arose regarding a warranty part and fixed it perfectly! I'd recommend them without hesitation! 1 Reviews Dennis j. douvanis Bath, PA Reviewed : 07/11/2025 Comment : 1 Reviews James green Bath, PA Reviewed : 05/24/2025 Comment : I have had 2 cars there recently and the work is flawless!!! They keep you up to date on the progress of your vehicle!!!! 1 Reviews Scott budline Bath, PA Reviewed : 05/01/2025 Comment : There were about a dozen positives, and only one negative. From initial drop off, they impressed the hell out of me, by offering me a ride home. The were CONTINUAL in providing updates and time frames. Every person i dealt with, was professional, friendly and efficient. Was just so impressed that a company still did business in such a good way.The ONLY negative (really hate to be nitpicky) was upon picking up the car, one of the things they do is detail the car (would look silly to have new hood and such, and rest of the car be filthy). Anyway, the car was was awful. Not the end of the world. But made little sense to provide such amazing service, and then be sloppy on the final touch. Still, does not impact the opinion of what was an amazing experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for these types of repairs. They are to be commended. 1 Reviews Junious matthews Bath, PA Reviewed : 03/17/2025 Comment : 1 Reviews Reefing medic Bath, PA Reviewed : 02/16/2025 Comment : Worst repair facility ever. There is literally no communication. My car was delivered to them on November 24th. I received automated text messages from them saying my car was still on track to be completed in mid- December. Luckily I called them the day it told me it would be done, as my car was in fact, not done. I was told they were waiting on some parts. A week later there was more damage found so Ray, the estimator, needed to fill out a form and send it to my insurance for approval. Two weeks pass and I hear nothing, so I call and am told that the form was never submitted and they would do it immediately. I continued to call twice a week and was assured that the form was submitted and they were waiting to hear back from the insurance. However, my adjuster knew nothing about it. This drug on for another 6 weeks until Ray told me it had never been submitted after I had to show up at the business in person and speak to the manager Scott who assured me that it would be taken care of that day and I would hear from them that day. Well that never happened. An additional week went by, we are now 8 weeks from when the form was supposed to have been submitted and I have called Gerber corporate office to complain and tell them that I want my car out of their facility. They finally now file the form with the insurance who takes a resounding 8 hours to decide to total the car now with the additional info and three months of sitting out in the elements. I get no apology, no compensation for the loss they cost me in rental of a car, nothing. I have used Gerber in the past many times and I will NEVER again use them and nobody should. They are nothing but full of lies and deceit. I have also filed a complaint with my insurance company as they have Gerber listed as a "preferred" company. 1 Reviews Kimberly demarest Bath, PA Reviewed : 01/29/2025 Comment : My sons truck has been I. The shop for a month. He was told aprox 10 days. Everytime he calls he gets another excuse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. We will also be telling our insurance co to not do business with them. That is the only reason we went there was because the insurance company recommended them. 1 Reviews Scott thomson Bath, PA Reviewed : 12/25/2024 Comment : Had my vehicle in for a small simple repair they told me 6 days for the job. The truck ended up being in there for 16 days 10 more days then they actually told me. They kept telling me it should be done by end of day the following day 2 days at the latest and that was going on for how many times they said that. Then they tell me when they where installing the parts they scratched the paint so they had to repaint everything. What they heck kind of techs do they have working there. Working at a body shop you know you will be working with fresh paint so you would think you would know how to handle parts that are freshly painted. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETTING WORK DONE HERE. 1 Reviews Mina mafia Bath, PA Reviewed : 06/12/2024 Comment : Total waste of time, unprofessional & absurd service. It toke them 4 months to repair my vehicle & there are still issues with it. Constantly I was calling in for updates but they was always giving the same excuse over & over again. I advise everyone to never ever bring ur vehicles here. Not worth the hassle or the mountain of headaches 👎👎👎☠ Page 1 of 3 |<< 1 2 3 → >|
