Comment : Daughter had an accident back in November. She was not at fault.
Had Gerber do the repair. Picked the vehicle up and noticed the bumper was not aligned properly.Gerber fixed it no issues. When the winter broke and I washed the vehicle I noticed that the head light had water in it.
Called Gerber as well as my insurance. Gerber got it taken care of with my insurance no problem.
When I went to pick it up the vehicle the bumper was once again not aligned properly which made me upset and heated.
Manager came out and apologized that they should have noticed and he took care of it on the spot.
Overall great job guys, my apologies for getting upset.

Comment : I appreciated the attention to detail, the promptness of the repair, the text alerts to the progress of the repairs, and the overall quality I received my car back at delivery. The car looks like new off the lot.

Comment : I had body work done on my car last July, I noticed a reflector had fallen out over the winter. Gerber replaced it, no questions asked. Their warranties are the real deal!

Comment : I hate to leave a 1 star but I feel their front desk deserves it. I picked up a rock to the windshield of my 911 so I stopped in to to see how much a new one would cost. No greeting, the woman at the desk wouldn't even look up. I told her I wanted to get a price and she very curtly told me that I could not get an estimate until next week sometime. It must be nice to have so much business that you can just blow off customers like that. When I got home I found a dozen places that gave me a quote within minutes.

They may do good work, guess I will never know but their customer service sure needs improvement.

Comment : Gerber Collision & Glass repaired my wife's car after an unfortunate incident with a garage door frame. They were professional, very competent with great communication. I can't say enough positive about the whole experience.

Comment : Gerber Collision and Glass did a wonderful job repairing my Toyota. It looks as good as new after the auto accident. It was done in a timely manner and they made setting up a rental for me so easy. They throughly explained everything every step of the way and I loved the text updates I received during the repair. All of the staff was super friendly! I highly recommend them and I would use them again in the future.
