Comment : STAY AWAY! Unless you want to return your vehicle to them 5 to 7 times and they still can't correct the issue! Even a secretary talked very rude at times, acting like they were doing me a favor having me bring my car back over over ... the only reason they get 1 star is because the salesman was very responsive, he communicated super fast!

Comment : No wonder their Google reviews are so low. The secretary is extremely unprofessional and completely unaccommodating! I would highly recommend nobody use this business unless nobody else is available and I mean nobody I would take it to a lawnmower repair shop before here!!

Comment : My experience with this shop was excellent from start to finish. The customer service and communication throughout the repair process for my Jeep Grand Cherokee were outstanding. Sarah was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful, while Mary at the front desk kept me informed every step of the way and made everything easy. My Jeep was returned looking fantastic—I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Comment : I can’t say enough good things about this place! First of all, my truck looks amazing. But the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Plus they call with updates several times a week. I also got my truck back in less than a week. Dropped off Thursday and was ready the next Wednesday! I will definitely return if I have another incident and recommend them to everyone I know.

Comment : Strike three! I have attempted to have an estimate on my car for over a week. Erie Insurance company sent me to a new body shop to the area. I preferred to have Gerber do the work, based on my good service experince from a previous claim on my company car. I guess because of insurance red tape they have refused to provide a date for estimate or return a basic phone call. Because of Gerber's terrible response time and lack of attention to detail of a basic customer request to follow up, I'll be moving on to another shop that can perform essential customer services. I tried Gerber associates!

Comment : Gerber Collision was the best from start to finish. Samantha at the front desk was a gem to work with and was incredibly helpful. I also enjoyed the frequent updates from Shawn and the kindness from Gavin. Also- kudos to them for bringing my car to me at work & picking up my rental car when I was unable to make it there before they close. They will always be my recommendation for a collision and glass shop. Thank you!
