Comment : Unexpectedly hit a deer and it caused significant damage to my car. Gerber in Berea was amazing from the start, they were able to take my car immediately they worked with insurance, Immediately asked if I needed help securing a rental, and were very patient during a stressful time. As they assessed the car with my insurance, they communicated every step of the way, the work they did was amazing, excellent craftsmanship, service oriented and first class every step of the way.

Comment : I sent my mother to this place because I had a great experience with Gerber in North Olmsted. I was completely wrong they charged her insurances thousands of dollars in work and did mediocre work. The hood and front end of the vehicle was all dented up and it appears they just beat it with a mallet. The vehicle has never drove the same since. Gerber refused to do any mechanical work or even consider the suspension damage. This place seems to just want money from insurance companies and saw an opportunity to rip off insurance and do the minimum amount of work. Slap some paint on it and call it day. I strongly advise anyone use this location for any work. Even the times I waited in their lobby they gave other customers the "run around".

Comment : I wouldn’t even give them one star if possible. Everything seemed fine until I got my car back. They did a horrible job. My front bumper wasn’t put on correctly. When fixing my lights they blew a fuse and denied it which I had to pay to fix, and now I’m having to pay thousands to fix repairs to my suspension after asking them several times to look at it after my wreck.

Really glad I gave you guys my money just to turn around and have to pay more for repairs that should’ve been fixed by you and my insurance
