Comment : I went to this shop after trying two others because I wanted to be fair. After four visits, they basically stopped wanting to help. They also never told me they glued my bumper, which caused problems later. When I got the car back, the bumper wasn’t right and there were new swirl marks in the paint. When I mentioned it, they denied everything. Overall, the communication and honesty just weren’t there.

Comment : I can't say enough good things about Gerber Collision and Glass. The staff was extremely kind and thorough, my car repairs are beautiful, and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. I live in PA and would gladly drive to Streetsboro, Ohio to be serviced by them again.

Comment : Gerber Collision made what was a stressful experience for me, into an easy experience. They explained everything they were going to do to repair my vehicle in great detail, they kept in touch with me on a consistent basis while my vehicle was in their possession, they completed the work ahead of the expected completion date, and my vehicle looks great! Well done and I'm glad I took my vehicle here.

Comment : Awesome service. My truck was towed here after an accident. I needed to leave town for over a week before I could get my personal belongings out and they didn’t even charge me storage fees. I really appreciate them for that since my insurance company totaled my truck.

Comment : I received my vehicle back about 3 weeks ago and I had 3 cosmetic issues and 2 customer representative issues. The cosmetic issues were brought up during inspection before I drove it off the property. The Gerber representative said they would order the parts and fix them. 3 weeks later and still waiting on them to fix the issues. No updates... The 2 representative issues were do to the representative not checking with my insurance on issues I had and the lying and back pedaling he was doing to try and cover it up. I will not recommend and will tell everyone that asks about the problems I've had... I also recommended my insurance company to drop them as a reputable body shop...
