Comment : Weeks after having my truck They still can’t have an answer as to when the truck will be ready, they have been pushing the pick up date as much as they can from Friday to next Friday, and then the next and so on. Yet somehow the person in charge is never at the shop when I call for answers. So I’ll be going tomorrow to get my truck before they keep it for another month.

Update: Finally got an answer which is basically the same thing they told me weeks before, they’re just waiting on a quote for the work needed. 3 weeks in and they’re still waiting on a quote!? So if they’re taking this long to simply “get a quote” now imagine how long they’ll take to do the work!
Rather move my truck to where it’ll actually be worked on than at a place that will just sit at while my company loses money because they’re waiting for a “quote”

I highly suggest you look for another place unless you don’t need your car for the next few months! This place is a perfect example of why we need negative numbers or a 0 star reviews option. The only reason why they are getting 1 star is because I can’t remove it.

Comment : I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. The team was super friendly and kept me updated every step of the way. I was honestly really impressed with how quickly they got everything done?the turnaround time was much faster than I expected.

What really stood out to me was the paintwork. My car has a pretty unique color/shimmer, and they matched it perfectly. I couldn?t believe how seamless it looked?it honestly looked just like the original paint. They clearly take a lot of pride in getting the details right.

I was also out of the country for three weeks, and they had to hold onto my car for over a week and a half. They stored it securely at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. And when I came to pick it up, not only had they washed the exterior, but I also noticed they cleaned up the inside of the car too?a really thoughtful touch.

All in all, I?m really happy with the work they did and how they treated me throughout the process. Definitely recommend this location if you?re looking for quality repairs and a team that goes the extra mile.

Comment : Gave them my car after a collision. They were several things that needed to be done from bumper. Grill headlight, and in the interior there was damage caused by the impact they only took care of the facial, which was the bumper, the headlight and the grill charge the insurance about $7000. My call was not Completely repaired just took it back this morning because the headlight did not work and he gave me the run around, saying that, I have to go get a diagnostic somewhere else and to take my car to a different shop which made no sense.I brought it To you 4. all repairs that you advertised And now you're telling me to take it to a different shop wvery bad?
Unreliable, unreliable ani'm sleeping. Do I have insurance? Escalating it to see what? It's going on and I advise anyone else not to take their car to this place

Comment : Gerber Collision by far exceeded my expectations!! I had the best customer service that I haven't seen in quite sometime. They handled and made everything so easy for me as a customer. I've heard nothing but good things about the work that you do and that holds true! Keep doing what your doing!!
