I've never been to a dealership by myself nor having to do it all by myself. As soon I arrived I was greeted and was taken to Nick Carter. He was/is the best person to deal with. I explained what my dad wanted and needed. He directed me to the Rogue. He actually went over the whole vehicle before we did the test drive. There are so many bells and whistles, but he took the time to explain everything. I was able to take it home to dad, so he could approve/disapprove it. He approved right away of course and he still loves it. While going through the process I was asked several times if I needed anything. Was treated so wonderful by everyone. If you want to have the best experience buying a vehicle... I brought my car in to get looked at and the guy told me that someone could either pick me up or they can give me a rental for the weekend with the expectation that my car would be ready by the next week. The rental wasn’t cleaned on the inside or outside and ironically it had the same malfunction warning. Later I got a phone call that the part is on backorder however, my car is still drivable so if I would like to pick it up until the part comes, they will have it ready for me. My car sat in the service department for almost 3 weeks with lack of communication about when my part will arrive. Mind you, I decided to leave my car there because my work schedule didn’t align with their dealership hours. I told the guy on the phone a day that I could come get my car being that the schedule had been adjusted. Throughout the week, I was calling to see if I could get an update on my vehicle before I came and he said yep we will have it ready for you, I drove 40 minutes to Nissan just for the man to tell me that my dash is currently being ripped apart to be repaired. WASTE OF TIME, GAS & PTO. I finally got a message for an update on my vehicle that its ready for pickup on 6/4/25, I picked up my car today and still have the same sensor issue on my dashboard and my dashboard is sticking up because they didn't put it back on correctly. The guy tells me I have to come back and get another part ordered since I still have a warning light. Thank you Nissan for my new TikTok content!
