Comment : I have used George's Sierra Shell for the last several years. Their service has been professional and friendly. They have listened and answered all questions. Now that I have moved out of state, hopefully I will be able to find a dependable neighborhood service center for my car.

Comment : The mechanic could identify the cause of the issue. They suggested I either replace the engine or buy a new car. I had them replace the two oil laiden spark plugs and left. I have since change where I purchase gas and the issue has not returned.

Comment : They schedule the service visits, give you an estimate, send you an update and a picture of any parts and usually have the vehicle ready prior to the estimated time of completion.
