Comment : Very impressed with bird automotive! I had been going to another reputable garage for years and the last dealings I had with them was after they installed a motor for me and it kept blowing coils. All they kept doing was replacing the coils four different times over a two-year period. They always had something else it was this, it was that, all kinds of stuff. After 15 years of being with them, I am so glad I found Bird Automotive. They kept me updated through the whole process sent me pictures, explanations on the whole process. Had a lot of work done and they had me in and out in a couple of days. Cars is running GREAT. THANK YOU GUYS!!

Comment : I had an issue with my vehicle and wasn t sure where to go as my previous mechanic had sold his shop. I took a chance after receiving a flyer in the mail for Bird Automotive. I made an appointment on line and took it in the next day. They listened to me explain my problem. They had a tech ride with me to hear the noises I wanted checked. They worked with me and called me step by step with the progress on diagnosing what the issue was. They kept me up to date all the way along with pricing. They completely fixed the problem and I felt valued and listened to through the whole process. I will be returning in the future with my vehicle. Comment : I came for a State Inspection, and was told that there was a basic issue with my vehicle preventing it from passing. Another issue was that my battery was completely dead because I left my headlights on when I dropped the car off. They demonstrated professionalism in not complaining about me wanting to do the basic repair myself - this is something I have run into many times with other shops. They also charged my battery for me, after knowing that I wasn t going to have them complete my repair. I was shocked that they would complete the inspection, charge my battery, and be so polite for the price of a State Inspection.
