Comment : Let start by saying that the service department at Gene Messer Ford has been great! I've been taking my Fords here for years and will continue to do so. Barbara and the staff were great and helped me out the best that they could. Initial diagnosis was that I needed a transmission. Unable to afford that right now, they worked with me to find alternative solutions. She explained my options thoroughly and the potential issues if I did nothing. Ultimately, I know I will need a new transmission, but they agreed to do a fluid and filter change for now. Transmission is running way better than before. Hopeful that this gets me by for a few months to save up for the swap.
