Comment : I want to start off that the staff are friendly, Guillermo is a great guy.

I had a 2012 Dodge Journey transmission issue they rebuilt it, in the mean time they had a loan car I could utilize for work, want to share with the public that their service was above and beyond.

My car is working like a dream and also I appreciate they have great mechanics.

Comment : I had a terrible experience with this mechanic. He told me I had a transmission problem and that my CV axle was missing bolts. When I asked him to replace the axle, he claimed the only way to do it was to change the entire transmission--then tried to squeeze me for nearly $4,000. Not only did he refuse to replace the CV axle by itself, but it felt like he was trying to force me into a repair I didn't want to do and he charged me well over $200 for a diagnostic. In my opinion, this is dishonest and predatory behavior. Be very careful before trusting this shop with your car.

Comment : Update: I had a problem with my brakes squeaking and I knew something was wrong.I didn't want to take any chances with my brakes possibly going out, so I took my Mustang to Gearheads (as usual ) Israel was out in the field, picking up parts that he needed to fix a car.. Guillermo helped me when I pulled up. He diagnosed everything that was wrong with my car, and then told me he'd call me in a couple hours because all he had to do was fix the back brakes..About 21/2 later I got a text that my car was ready..Israel charged me a fair price, and I was back in my Mustang, driving away ... SMILING and STYLING...

Comment : Guillermo is really friendly and kept me informed. Fixed my a/c under the Carvana warranty. Only downside: You have to approach from the east during morning rush hour traffic.
