Comment : TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My husband just called this place 5 minutes ago asking for a price for front brakes, and this man named Johnathan answered the phone and he was COMPLETELY RUDE! it's sad that when you seek help and you get horrible customer service. I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

Comment : They demand that I bring the car in the morning and they are closed on the weekend, which makes this place a very inconvenient place to do business with. They are completely unhelpful to those who can't drop their car off. Also, I can't even schedule a time to drop the car off with these people. A completely unreliable place to try to have your car looked at. I will never do business with these people again. I managed to find someone who can work with me and look at my car at a time that is convenient for me, instead of one that I have to go out of my way to see. And the owners response to this post seems typical whenever someone gives him a bad review. I believe they have earned this review from me.

I needed to get my car looked at and chose Gary?s based on their outstanding reviews. After my experience, I can confidently say those reviews are completely deserved.

From the moment I walked in, Jonathan and his team made me feel like a valued customer, not just another appointment. They got my car in and out the same day, explained everything clearly, and the pricing was fair and transparent. There were no surprises, no upsells, and no pressure.

What really stood out to me was the care they took to make sure I understood what was going on with my car. Before I left, they gave me a diagram of the engine, highlighted the exact part they repaired, and walked me through how the system works using pictures. I came in feeling unsure about what might be wrong and left actually understanding what had been fixed and why.

It is easy to see why this shop has been trusted by the Lubbock community for over 20 years. They are honest, professional, and clearly take pride in their work.

This is the kind of place you recommend to your friends and family without hesitation. I will absolutely be coming back and sending people their way.
