Comment : After having my truck for 7 days (fully understandable) I was told the engine was shot. After deciding not to spend $10k on a 19yr old truck I was told the next working day (Mon) that I had to remove it by noon. Then it was within the hour. After arranging to have it temoved I was trying to get my customized hitch off but it was rusted on. When I asked if someone could help with a torch & I would pay them, the owner said all his men had 8 hours of work, no! Then he said to get it moved now because the tow truck there for it was creating a log jam. It seemed that since I already paid $191 to him to tell me the engine was bad, and wasn't going to fix it, that I was now a burden. Comment : They diagnosed the issue with my vehicle quickly, had a well organized system, and a great website/UI for their services. They even referred me to another shop for repairs at a cheaper price, which was appreciated.However, when I tried to return the following month for a safety emissions retest, they refused my vehicle for 3 days, claiming they had no space on their lot and only 1 inspector. Instead of honoring the free retest I had paid for they recommended me go to another shop to pay for it again. Just seems like bad business practice, especially for new customers.They diagnosed the issue with my vehicle quickly, had a well organized system, and a great website/UI for their services.
