Comment : I used to spend over $1000 at the dealership for an oil change, inspection, change of filters and fluids. Now that I'm retired my sister urged me to find a AAA approved garage. I found Garage 88 that had a AAA discount on the oil change and inspection. I also asked them to look at my steering and suspension. As a woman, I thought I might be leaving myself open for a huge repair bill as anyone could say there was a problem...what do I know? I got a good report and no extra charges. I've already recommended the place to some of my friends. Also, Stephanie was friendly and helpful.

Comment : Initially, I requested my car be inspected and serviced. He told me nothing else meeded immediate service but no print out. He said, dri e it around for a few days. Google said hes open on Saturdays, so I called and was hung up on. I made another appointment but couldn't make it, I called no answer. My maintenance light kept flipping on and off. I had some problems w my brakes made another appointment. I was told it would take five hours and his helper said he'd mentioned the brakes, he didn't. I asked for a copy of the inspection there wasn't one. He was supposed to call me back, he never did.

Comment : Nova and his guys are great. What originally looked like a $2,000 repair wound up being a $900 repair, after Nova looked further. He could have gone ahead the original way and we wouldn't have known the difference. It's nice to know there are honest car repairs out there.

Comment : Highly recommend Garage 88, for so many reasons. The service I've experienced is always excellent. I found them under the Carmax site after getting an oil change at another shop where I felt taken advantage of. Nova is very clear when explaining any issue, has never once talked down to me and answers all my questions with patience and clarity. This is the biggest reason I keep coming back. But they were also understanding when the film industry was on strike and I brought it in saying I hadn't worked in months so I was worried about unforeseen repair costs. They walked me through what was immediate concern and what I should be aware of for next visit. This week, I had a small issue after a service and I swung by and they checked it and had me back out in about ten minutes (no charge). As long as I have my car, I'll be taking it here.

Comment : Garage 88 seems to be a family run local business that provides itself on interpersonal communication so you feel very well taken care of. They seem honest and forthright and solved my problems accordingly.

Comment : these people not only charged $400 for a simple fix but also broke the middle compartment of my car and left it like that with no warning thanks a lot
