Comment : After my accident, I was really anxious about where to take my car, but this shop made everything so easy. Ohan and the team were incredibly friendly and took the time to walk me through the whole process without ever making me feel rushed or confused.

I drive an older car, and instead of taking shortcuts, they put in the effort to keep everything about the car original ?even when that meant extra work on their end.

My car looks amazing, honestly better than before and you can tell they really care about the work they do.

Super honest, great communication, and just overall a place you can trust. I?ll 100% be coming back for anything I need in the future. So happy I found this place!

Comment : Fantastic service! I came from Triple A discount for an oil change and car maintenance check.

They were thorough and kind, even while busy with customers. I always felt attended to and checked in. They went thru all the maintenance they recommended but never pushed me and explained when I didn?t understand something.

I ended up getting my brakes and rotors repaired and a brake flush and it was so quick, about an hour. I?m super grateful.

I heard them speaking about prices and car part costs with the utmost transparency with other customers, diligent and kind. I respect both gentlemen, will happily return and would recommend!

Comment : Gabriel?s Automotive is hands down the best mechanic experience I?ve had. Honest, straightforward, and respectful he checked my car, didn?t try to upsell me or create problems that weren?t there, and sent me on my way with peace of mind. In today?s economy, that kind of integrity means everything. For those reasons, he has my loyalty, and I?ll definitely be spreading the word to everyone I know.

Comment : I sent a request for a quote regarding my check engine light with the help of Yelp AI on the weekend and Ohan was very quick and prompt with his response back to me. He seemed to really be interested in seeing what the issue is before giving me a quote where as other mechanics just gave a flat price/quote without any further detail or even a "Hello". When I came into the shop, Ohan and another old gentleman in the front assisted me. Their service was amazing. They gave me a quote after looking into what the real issue was and it did not feel like a pushy mechanic looking for a quick buck. After dropping off my car, they called me a few hours later letting me know that the car part required already arrived at the store and my car would be ready soon. I was expecting to leave my car for the night however they took care of it in less than 4 hours (even with a busy garage). I would recommend this mechanic for their amazing customer service and fair price.

Comment : This is my second experience coming to get a wheel alignment done at Gabriel's Automotive and let's just say I won't be coming back again. My first experience was great, I had no issues with getting my car serviced and was satisfied with the outcome, but I had made an appointment to bring my car into the shop today for an alignment expecting to have the same positive outcome like last time. I had my husband bring my car in for the appointment, but once he arrived he was bombarded with questions by whoever was working at the front to which then that person instructed my partner to drive my car around to see what the issue was with my alignment. My husband had already told the worker that my car's alignment is not straight but they still proceeded to tell my husband to drive my car around. This second experience left a bad impression for me because I am the customer and all I wanted was an alignment done for my car at the same time was willing to pay whatever the cost was to get that service done. If they were busy or did not have the time to do this service, they shouldn't have agreed with me at the arranged time to bring my car into their shop. Sad to say I will not be coming back to Gabriel's Automotive for future services.

Comment : Highly recommended. My car needed a repair while I was out of town. My wife took my car to Gabriel's Automotive Inc where they diagnosed the problem and quoted her a price. She was very worried because of the price she was quoted, so she called me, and put the Tech on the phone. Since I was familiar with the problem is was easy for me to understand the diagnosis which was absolutely correct. What surprised me however was the price they quoted for the work. The price was really fair for the amount of extensive work that was needed. Why this long review? The answer is simple. I believe a trustworthy business that performs a service at a fair price needs to recognized and should be supported. Thank you Grabriel's Automotive you are a 5-Star business.
