Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Horrible and unprofessional service. Short temper and poor driving etiquette. Even witnessed assault on a motorcyclist on a freeway where the driver of the Kia Soul refused to let a truck driver merge who had their blinker on.

Comment : I witnessed one of your employees engage in extremely aggressive behavior toward a motorist on the road. The employee appeared to physically assault the driver and acted in a threatening and unprofessional manner. This was very concerning to see and reflects poorly on the company. I hope this behavior is taken seriously and addressed, as it raises serious safety concerns for the public.

Comment : Extremely unprofessional and dangerous behavior on the road. One of their drivers was incredibly rude and aggressive toward motorcyclists, which is unacceptable for a company that operates tow trucks for a living. Professional drivers should be setting an example, not intimidating or disrespecting others on the road. This kind of behavior makes the roads less safe and reflects very poorly on the company. I would not trust or recommend a business that acts this way.
