Comment : I hit something in the road and immediately began hearing unusual undercarriage noises. Took it to Ivan who analyzed the problem and noted I had a wheel bearing problem. He as able to begin working to replace the hub assembly and bearings right away and I was back on the road the next morning. Pricing was fair and I got a AAA discount as well.

Comment : I am from out of town & unfortunately my wheel hub bearings were giving out so I needed them fixed ASAP. Thankfully, I contacted Full Service Auto (FSA) & I explained to them the possible issue I was having. I called first & let them know my situation. They walked me through their process & pricing beforehand. They were amazing enough to help me out same day & repair the wheel hubs within a few hours. They did an amazing job & I was impressed by not only them as a service but also their shop as well on how clean & organized they were. 10/10 for sure!

Comment : We had our SUV towed to Full Service Automotive in Boerne just to find out where a fluid leak was coming from — nothing more. My daughter just had a near death incident from deer Collison Tow vehicle to shop, and the woman at the front desk never mentioned any diagnostic fee or gave her anything to sign. She simply told my daughter, “You can go ahead to the airport, I’ll talk to your father about the vehicle.” But then someone else — the owner of the shop — called me later and immediately said it would cost $2,000 to fix. No real explanation, just a claim that his mechanic “visually confirmed” the radiator, condenser, and latch needed to be replaced.

But when I looked at the written receipt, it said they removed parts to find the source of the leak — which is false. That never happened. There was no authorization, no communication about that, and I never gave permission for them to go that far. If they truly had video surveillance, it would show that they didn’t do what they claimed on the invoice.

I was charged $165 for a diagnostic I didn’t agree to and misled about what they actually did to the vehicle. This whole experience felt shady, rushed, and disrespectful. I do not recommend this shop — especially if you value honesty, transparency, and professionalism.

Comment : Full Service took care of my needs quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. They are friendly and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Honesty in car care is hard to come by and Full Service is an honest company.
