Comment : You all need to give my niece answers and her car. We were graceful about this, but now your jerking her around and we're getting involved. She just drove off your lot to have a critical component, turbo in her engine go out. This is going into the 2nd week of having her car. You are not being transparent, it's not a week of we're just making sure this working right for her. This should not have passed inspection and is not a 2 week repair. This is either a lemon of a car, your taking shortcuts with the parts/repairs which we will be having reinstated, or she's not a priority. She is now. She drove off your lot with an unsafe vehicle that you have the money for. She wants answers to her texts, such as a receipt of the work done and an answer to when she's getting her car. Anything less than tomorrow Friday will be unacceptable. We will be calling in this afternoon to follow up. Enough now, she has no car.Update: This has been a worst fear situation. After talking to the owner, I felt more comfortable that they were doing their best to fix the car. There was a communication gap probably caused by both sides. They came to get the car and meanwhile has given her a loaner, which we genuinely appreciated. The car did experience severe issues after driving it off the lot that I do not think they were aware of. There has been no hesitation on their part on doing what needs to be done to fix the car, which was a huge relief. The only downside is that it has been a few weeks, and we seem to be no further with the car being operable. I know their in contact with an engineer from buick trying to get this fixed, but we may need to move from this. We would absolutely do business with them again. And not the situation and fear we had that we all know can be a nightmare in dealing with car sales. They've actually been refreshingly very pleasant and genuine.You all need to give my niece answers and her car.
