Comment : I recently purchased a truck from Fritts Ford, and I have to say the experience was excellent from start to finish. Kevin and Rafael were both incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.

Kevin made sure I understood all my options and never pressured me into making a decision. He took the time to answer my questions and helped me find the truck that best fit my needs and budget. Rafael was just as great?he made the financing process smooth and straightforward, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable with the terms.

What really stood out was how genuine and patient they both were. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel stressful, but they made it feel relaxed and even enjoyable. I truly appreciate their professionalism and honesty.

Comment : I went to Fritts ford to test drive a used 2022 Bronco outerbanks. It was a great find one owner and just under 30,000 miles on it Bobby was the sales person, he was very patient and knowledgeable. He took me through the bumper to bumper answers all of my questions and even entertained a few questions from my 3 year old son. It was a great experience. I feel that Fritts Ford is a good place to find used and new cars.

Comment : I do NOT recommend getting your vehicle serviced here.

My mother brought her car in under her CarMax MaxCare warranty expecting professional service from Ford. Instead, the vehicle has now been in their possession for over 30 days due to “parts on backorder.”

While delays can happen, the lack of communication, urgency, and customer support has been extremely disappointing. We were only given a very short-term rental, and despite the extended repair time, there has been no real effort to extend transportation coverage or properly support us through this process.

This is not the customer experience you expect when leaving your vehicle with a dealership service department. The situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and it feels like once the car is dropped off, customer care is no longer a priority.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before bringing their vehicle here for repairs, especially if you depend on your vehicle daily.

Comment : Do not come to Fritz Ford service parts.They're the worst company i've ever done an oil change. None of the intake specialists for getting our service wanting to acknowledge that I was there. Ittook over five hours to get my oil change. I finally got up to ask if it was done yet.And they said, yeah, it's been done for a while.The lady went to lunch and didn't tell me, nobody helped her out or took over to assist. they lost my hubcap , and my key lock i've been here two times. It was informed at the time of service. They have requested the drive back to take a photo of the key lock twice. Ive driven over forty minutes , round trip, and they still have not found my key lock. They kept informing me, they would call back, they would call back. I never received her turn phone, call. It's been over a month and I need to do a wheel alignment and still , it's not rectified. I really wish I could give them 0 stars. Horrible service don't come here. One more side note after the oil changed the car sounded horrible. I asked if I could have either the parts guy or a tech come out, just even look at what I needed to buy.I offered to buy it and they both declined. They did offer a free oil change to make up for it. I Think this is my first time in my life that i'm going to turn down a hundred and twenty dollars.

Comment : Had a Ford factory supercharger installed in my 2024 Dark hores .My service rep ( Dylan.) was great. The car was done in the week as promised ....supercharger Kix butt, by the way.
