Comment : Very disappointed overall. Took my vehicle here for a tire balance and alignment. Was sent photos/videos of my wheels bent when they removed them from the car. Figured no use attempting to balance bent rims but for some reason they did it anyway. Was assured it should be better on the highway. Picked it up and test drove it down the road. Drove horribly, worse than when I brought in. Took it back straight away and was told nothing could be done as techs were gone for the day. (Tech was sitting next to him the whole time apparently). Manager was called and he pushed for that tech to switch the wheels around when I interjected and stated a professional shop should have never attempted balancing bent rims and requested the $60 back for the balancing which they did return. As I got home though awful noises were coming from the suspension worse than ever. I investigated the next morning and found what's shown in the photo and video. Lug nuts that weren't even finger tight. Whole wheel was whobbling on its hub. Figured with a local shop and higher prices they would have had a higher standard than chain shops but no. The wheel could have sheared off the wheel studs while on the road and could have caused an accident endangering my life and others. Take extreme caution when having your vehicle serviced here. Quality is definitely not of high standard at this establishment.

Comment : They do good work, they're real about what does (and does not) need to be done, they're very fair with costs, and communicate exceptionally well during the process. They've done good work on 5 vehicles for me over the years, foreign and domestic, and I have never felt like they weren't the right choice.

Comment : We have been using Friendswood Auto for a while now. What I love most about them is that they do great work, they have great service, and they are transparent. Their customer service is 2nd to none ranging from shuttles to drop offs. They do everything they can to develop relationships with their customers. They definitely are playing the long game. Norman is the best service writer and front man they have and a big reason why we do business there. Their mechanics get it right the 1st time and they are one of the best places to have your vehicle pre-trip ready. I value their assessment and they are pragmatic about what needs to be done today and what can be done on the next visit. They are not always the cheapest but they are usually close enough for my business considering their service, reliability and business history with me.

Comment : They listened to what my problem was, and were good about figuring out a good solution. I had car trouble far from home, and just wanted to get enough work done to safely get home, and follow up with my regular mechanic. They went along with this just fine. Communication was great.
