Comment : Friendship Auto is amazing!! my kia rio broke down in the middle of a ramp on 83. got it towed to friendship auto service on a sunday and i live in state college so i had to go home and leave my car there in Harrisburg. So i was communicating with friendship auto through the phone the whole time which sometimes can be frustrating and sketchy but friendship auto was absolutely amazing. they were so polite and helpful. i love how they send you pictures of your car to show you exactly what is wrong with it. i had my catalytic converter break, both of them & it was around $2100? im just a 22 year old so i have no idea if thats a good price or what but i believe my dad said it was a fair price. & i had my car back by the end of that week! ill use friendship auto for my car for the rest of its life!

Comment : They were open to working with an aftermarket warranty after validating that they had not had a prior bad experience with the company and some research on BBB. They were up front about there being a charge because of the difference in labor rate between what they normally charge and what the warranty company would pay. They were VERY good about communication. Pictures, updates, a clear understanding of the costs, and pre-approval before work was started. When the work was finished, there was still a problem and they were not dismissive. They immediately arranged for me to bring the car back in and identified and fixed the issue quickly (unfortunately this issue was not covered under the warranty). Overall a great experience and will absolutely use them in the future.
