Comment : I had an extremely positive experience purchasing a pre-owned Vehicle from this dealership. My sales consultant, Seth, understood my needs and was able to professionally and courteously navigate quickly through the multivariate process of trade-in, negotiation, contracting and financing and complete everything in one extended visit. I also interacted with Kyle in F&I who was candid and comfortable discussing products from a logical standpoint rather than emotional and Mort the co-owner who was a font of productive energy and the engine behind this efficient and personal sales team. I would not hesitate to personally recommend Seth and Freedom to anyone who is considering a Nissan.

Comment : Sold a car there. They weren't ready at the agreed upon appointment time, so I had to wait. Worse, they misrepresented the price they would resell the car for so they could lowball me. Yikes!

Edit: My salesperson called me about this review. While I appreciate the effort to follow up, they were less interested in listening and taking genuine, constructive feedback, and more interested in explaining all the costs that go into a car dealership, how they were woefully short staffed, and how I remembered the situation wrong. They asked if I wanted to buy my car back. No thank you.

Comment : I recently purchased a 2025 Pathfinder from Freedom Nissan. They had the vehicle in stock. The Sales team of Shain & Sawyer are very friendly & knowledgeable. Mort, an owner, made the purchase smooth and easy. No pressure, a fair deal, easy financing experience. I was traveling out of state, and they forwarded all documents in a timely fashion. The dealership is clean, and the experience friendly and professional. I would recommend Freedom Nissan to anyone.

Comment : Was sold a Subaru WRX a couple months ago, was promised face to face that the car would be coming with a second key however I would not be getting it that day(the salesman said that I would get it even if they had to contact Subaru to get a new one made. After not receiving a key I have called them several times since then and no one is willing to make up for the mistake. I was told that since there was nothing in writing saying that it came with a second key there was nothing they could do. But the point still stands that I was promised face to face that the car would come with two keys. I hate to say this but they are just like most dealerships, don’t trust them.

Comment : Freedom Nissan made the process of getting my new car in Vermont incredibly smooth. I’m financing through East Rise Bank, and they helped me set everything up with ease. Sawyer and the entire Nissan team brought so much enthusiasm and support while helping me find the car I wanted. They truly made me feel like family. My family and I really appreciated the relationship we built with everyone—from Sawyer to Mark, the supervisor. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car!
