Comment : The Charge Port Door fell off of my car. Freedom Nissan did not feel this was covered by the Warranty. They referred me to the Warranty Department with Nissan and they also refused to cover this under the warranty. I feel he Door was damaged during assembly and was not noticed until the door fell off. i had to order a new door for $80 and had to have it painted at an Auto Body Shop costing $155. I then had to attach the new door to my car.

Comment : Alternator shut down on highway 89 about 130 mikes away from shop. I had it towed by AAA and the crew at Nissan fixed my problem prompt and fast as they always do.

Comment : Love my new Nissan Ariya ~ in my view, one of the most underappreciated EV's on the market. My neighbor who is a die-hard Tesla guy was blown away by the overall design, interior appointments and overall sophisticalton compared to his X. Thank you to Seth @Freedom Nissan for your help during and after delivery!
