Comment : I am leasing my 3rd Nissan from Freedom Nissan - 2025 Ariya, love the car and got a great deal - yes! Sales person Katie was super to work with and has been great getting me answers to questions. 4 stars instead of 5 because service department had been hard to get on the phone with service on my 2017 Leaf in the last few years, but they have taken steps to address that. All good! 👍

Comment : I drove into freedom Nissan stressing out in a car that I had to hop out the window. I left with a hybrid that I can afford and feel safe driving. Dave and Kyle helped me throughout the entire process and answered every question I had. I'm not much of a car guy, but they explained everything in a way that was transparent and personable. They helped me in every possible way get me in a car that I liked and can finally start building up some credit with. Definitely stop by if you are in the market for a new/used car!

Comment : I just bought a car and I could not be more happy! Sam was amazing and worked for hours to get us the right contract for us! Drove away that day in a car I am very proud of! I couldn't have done this without you guys! Anytime someone asks about my car, I am quick to tell them where I got it from and recommend everyone to go there! Best decision ever to turn into that lot!

Comment : This dealership sold me a commercial vehicle for my commercial business and also a $4058 warranty that did not apply to commercial vehicles.

After 1 month of my claim being denied by the warranty company and after losing thousands of dollars more because of this matter, Freedom Nissan finally offered to refund me in full.

When I arrived to receive my refund, they required me to sign an agreement that I would not speak negatively about the dealership over this matter.

Completely unacceptable. I will speak out about how I was scammed and mistreated by this dealership. One of the owners named Kyle, called me in the past and yelled at me. When I requested a copy of the phone call, they refused. I asked him to share the phone call with the other owners so they could understand how his behavior was unacceptable. He refused. The owner Mort laughed in my face about how he didn't understand "commercial" warranties right after told him I was losing thousands of dollars. Causing your customer thousands of dollars of losses is not a laughing matter.

I needed my money back. So I signed the agreement. Now they are probably going to sue me for writing this review.

I'll take the risk so other people understand the risks of doing business with this dealership. Do not do business with this dealership.

The salesman Shane was 5 star. Repair shop was 5 star. The owners are inconsiderate and incapable of accepting responsibility for their mistakes. I have lost thousands of dollars because the owners of this dealership sold me a useless warranty and refused to make things right for me.

Just to be clear, they would not refund me unless I agreed not to leave any negative remakes over this matter. Go ahead and sue me Mort, you can show everyone your true colors!

Comment : We had a wonderful experience with Freedom Nissan. We have leased and purchased Nissans from them for the past 8 years. We’ve leased 2 Sentras and one Ev Leaf. We bought one sentra over Covid because there weren’t many options to lease again, and now Currently we are driving the new EV Aryia. The deal for this beauty was unbelievable. This car is amazing. Literally the best car I have ever driven and leased. The power this car has will blow you away. It’s classy it’s strong and can handle any type of driving. There is so much room for everything. Even if enough to camp in! With 330 miles to go on a full charge and hook up at home I never have to worry. Ev chargers everywhere and never having to get gas is a winner! I am so happy with it. Not only am I driving an amazing car but their customer service is wonderful . If I ever have a question I can call and right away they give me an answer. If you are looking for an Ev, Shain Quartz , is who you want to talk with. He know everything about the EVs . He is courteous and not pushy and explains everything in an easy to understand and kind way. Check out Freedom Nissan and Shain Quarts if you are looking to go electric. You won’t get a better car or customer service anywhere else.
