Comment : They had the opportunity to sell us two cars at one time and lost our business forever. The sales woman was excellent. The sales manager and co-owner held all the cards and were horrible, holding us captive with horrible irrelevant stories, making us think they’d negotiate, making us wait and returning with the original sales number each time. They knew we were interested in two cars but gave us the run around, lots of pressure, without listening to our specific needs. An entire waste of time. We ended up at ShearerVW who provided exceptional, relaxed thoughtful service that Freedom Nissan failed to provide. I really felt for the saleswoman for having to work with those two.

Comment : I had a really good experience buying my first EV here. Jesse was a LOVELY sales person who gets five stars. He was not pushy for me to make rapid decisions, and was very easy to work with. I appreciated that he got me a good deal, explained everything well and wasn't pushy.

I found the owner/manager of the business an overwhelming because he kept trying to push me to purchase ASAP car and talked very fast. I also had to pay for a second key, which was a lot little annoying so those two things dropped a star.

Otherwise, the team replaced the trickle charger, rear tires and got everything in order. Thanks so much! I'm so happy to have gone electric and I hope that more people do. This car is beautiful and has SO MANY awesome features. Owning an EV is more accessible than I ever thought, and I hope that more people do consider converting!

Comment : You hear such horror stories about buying cars, particularly used cars that it is nice to know it doesn’t have to be that way. I don’t know a lot about this dealership in general, but I know there is a gem of a salesperson there! If you go there, make sure you work with Shain Quartz. We just purchased a used Nissan Leaf and Shain made it a very positive experience. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and assured us we could come back if we had any questions about adjusting to the electric car. So, we did and he was an absolute delight as he patiently taught us about all the features we had questions about and again afterwards said he would stay available if new questions came up. He was warm and genuine and stood by his word even after the car was bought and the paperwork done. Thanks Shain!

Comment : Bought a used car off them a week ago. Seamless interaction. The following week my tire kept going flat. I reached out to my salesman Shain he told me to bring it in. Within an hour my tire was patched (had a nail in it) and I was on my way. Free of charge. I was worried about not buying a tire warranty but they made it right in good faith. I will be back when we need another car.
