Comment : After more than a month of insurance work from a deer jumping out in front of me they said the car was done. it needed a battery jump from their parking lot and then every time afterwards. I never had a battery issue prior to Freedom getting my car. I cleaned the piss out of the terminals and it still wouldn't hold a charge they eventually replaced the battery a week later after I told them this. They made the truck look like new after the collision, but all I can remember is that they killed my battery and sent me home with a car that wouldn't run. IF YOURE GOING TO TELL A CUSTOMER THEIR CAR IS DONE, MAKE SURE IT RUNS FIRST. MAKE SURE THEIR BATTERYS HOLD A CHARGE.

Comment : Update: found out today that also, since bringing the car back from Freedom Collision, the passenger door is the only one of the 4 that has to be manually locked and unlocked, ha! An incompetent place with very poor customer service.

I took my car in for some body work here. After I brought it home, I wasn?t able to open the liftgate. That has never been the case for me in the 8 years I?ve had this car, the liftgate always opened after unlocking the car. When I took the car back they showed me a sticker INSIDE the liftgate (that you can?t read when it?s not open) that said to use the button on the fob to open it. I?ve never had to use that button (it's probably a security feature that they accidentally messed with) and there was no way to know about it if the liftgate has to be open in order to see the sticker! They probably accidentally messed up the wiring or software.

Very poor customer service - they talked to me like I?m stupid. Heather rudely and condescendingly came to me in the waiting area and simply said ?Are you the one with the Kia soul? Come with me, I wanna show you something.? There was no apology for the inconvenience, probably because they knew it was their responsibility and it was easier to just blow me off.

This is all in addition to the fact that they had my husband?s car for 2 months just to end up telling us that it was totaled - he had to have the rental car longer than what the insurance would pay for. Don't recommend this place at all.

Comment : Terrible. I brought my car here after a seemingly minor accident and they held onto it for over TWO MONTHS before telling me it was totaled. My insurance provided a 30 day car rental, which of course this place ran out the time on with no communication unless I contacted them. While they did cover the rental after I complained, at the end of this 2 and a half month saga I was left with no car and no rental to use to find a new car.

Now they've messed up my wife's car AND talked down to her when she took it back for them to fix AND didn't bother to actually fix the issue they caused. They just told her how to live with it and pushed her towards the door.

I don't recommend going there.

Comment : Such a great experience! Everyone at Freedom Collision Center is so nice,so friendly ,so patient & understanding! They are so empathetic & truly care about their customers. Rich & Edie & Brandon who I met are super nice & empathetic. Car accidents are stressful but Freedom Collision Center truly does everything possible to make it as stress free and painless as possible! I highly recommend them ,they really are amazing
