Comment : Had my vehicle towed on a monday. They advised they could get to it possibly Wednesday. I got a call with the diagnosis and estimate that same day. Had vehicle back in earlier than expected. Great communication and good pricing. Always take my vehicles here.

Comment : This never happened and my truck does not have this mileage. I currently have 94789 mi on my truck. I'm not sure if I'd recommend this shop because I've never been here in the two years I've owned this truck.

Comment : I can't say enough great things about Fred's Tire and Auto! From the moment I walked in with my car issue, I knew I was in good hands. The staff went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle and provided a detailed explanation of my diagnosis. My car runs better than it has in years.
Even more impressive was how understanding and patient they were with my situation. I was dealing with a tight budget. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and work with me to find the best solution. No pressure, no upselling...just honest service. More noticeable was that every customer, whether in person or over the phone, received the same friendly service.
If you're looking for a trustworthy, professional mechanic team that truly cares, look no further than Fred's Complete Car Care. I'll definitely be back and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Even after being swamped 24/7, they still surpass my expectations anytime my wife or I bring our vehicles in. I have 4 vehicles and Fred’s is the only place I take them!
