Comment : I took my car to Fred's Complete Care after a frustrating experience at another shop. From the start, they were honest and upfront. Fred explained that he couldn?t look at my car for a few days, which was fine, and two days later he called with the unfortunate news that my engine was locked and the car was beyond repair.

He was straightforward about the situation and recommended scrapping it rather than spending money on a new engine. He even provided a scrapping company and allowed me to keep the car on their property until it was picked up. Everyone I spoke with was kind, helpful, and genuinely trustworthy.

Although the news was bad, I never felt pressured or misled. I will always bring my vehicles here and highly recommend Fred's Complete Care!
