Comment : They had our vehicle for two days! They claim no codes or light came on like I said it did. As soon as we left the light and code came on. So we are done with them!!!! Good luck!!!!!

Comment : Took my car up there for a rear end issue, we spent $3500 for the issue to not be fixed and code still popping up on my dash. Took it back up there said they drove it around for 40 minutes and nothing popped up meanwhile when I was driving it, it was popping up every 20-30 minutes. Also went up there with 65 miles left in the tank and had 57 left in it so no way they drove it 40 minutes. Got it back an hour ago and boom there it is on my dash again. Don't take ur cars here very dishonest and don't honor what they're supposed to. Ps been a very loyal customer here with all my family's cars for years and they couldn't give two shits.

Comment : When my jeep started vibrating very bad, I went to three different shops in Wentzville. I needed help so I could get back to a loved one in the hospital. The first two shops didn't have time for me, but Fred's was compassionate and helpful. From now on, I'll come to Fred's first!

Comment : If I could give Fred's more than 5 stars, I would. They consistently go above and beyond for me and my family. I know that I can trust them to give me quality work and a good price when I have vehicle issues. They rebuilt my Suburban engine from the block up and did an impeccable job. The even still take my phone calls after I brought them a Ranger with a whole lot of parts that were JB welded on (lol). Comment : Fred s is a great shop that s easy to get to from the hwy (right at the exit) and reasonably priced. We had some issues with our car and it took a few extra steps to get it right, but they stuck with it and were nothing but helpful and accommodating to our needs. Their store manger is very professional and knowledgeable as well as the rest of their staff.
