Comment : Excellent service and quality workmanship! My 2024 Chevy Malibu was in for State Inspection and needed an all-wheel alignment. The service manager was very patient in explaining to me why it was needed and suggested I use my GM Card points to pay for the service...costing me only the tax! I was very thankful for his knowledge and catching the issue early before I had to inaccessibly needed to purchase new tires...saving me money in long run! Now I can continue to see the U.S.A. in my Chevrolet!

Comment : Frederick Chevrolet of Lebanon has been the worst dealership I have ever worked with for trading in a vehicle. I purchased a vehicle and traded my vehicle in 1 month ago and they have yet to pay off the loan for the trade in. The payment is now over due to the lender and Frederick has no answers as to what the status of this situation is. I have called everyday for 7 days, showed up to the dealership in person twice and still have no answers. There have been voicemail left for the financing accounts employees as well as spoke with multiple service representatives on the phone, all promising to return the phone call and have yet to receive a single phone call back. I have been reassured multiple times this is going to be handled but have failed to even receive a response as to what is happening. As a business your priority should be the customers who support your business but apparently once you sign the papers purchasing a vehicle and the have your money they couldn?t care less to give you the time of the day. When they were looking to make a sale I received multiple phone calls and text messages but any chain of communication since they have their money now cease to exist. They are unreliable, untrustworthy, and hands down somewhere I would NEVER work with to sell or purchase a vehicle ever again.
