Comment : This was my first visit to Fred Drake Automotive. Every single member of the staff was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating!

Comment : The vehicle that am driving was taken to Drake for an estimate on a window repair, oil leak and exhaust system issue. Of the repairs made, the window was the most expensive but was explained in detail. The oil leak was also repaired and that was also explained in detail. The exhaust system was not repaired with a valid explanation and a referral to a local muffler shop. The repair took a month but there was a hold up in parts.
The whole time, the shop was in contact with me giving me regular updates. Did they have to? No. This is why I would recommend going to this shop.
