Comment : About seven months ago I took my car in for a 60,000 mile check-up. I fully expected to replace my brakes. To my surprise it was not recommended.

Now I?m at 70,000 miles The process to set an appointment? Fast / Easy. Received quote for requested service. Work was done on time and price as quoted. No surprises. I do not have a personal or business relationship, but I trust Drake Auto

Comment : The service desk was VERY professional from start to finish. I was able to schedule my appointment online, and they sent a text link to easily authorize the work.

The day my car was repaired, I wasn?t able to make it to the shop before closing. They let me know I could pay online, and once payment was complete, they provided a secure combination for an outside after-hours lockbox where my key was left.

Very convenient and a smooth experience overall!
