Comment : The staff is super friendly and helpful and treated me like family. I planned on waiting for my vehicle, but they thought it might be longer than I would want to wait. They had someone take me home and pick me up when my vehicle was ready. Customer service at the highest level. Cost for the brake job was very fair. I highly recommend Fred Drake Automotive.

Comment : Adulting sucks sometimes. Like an idiot, I overshot the window for renewing my tags without having to go through inspection. Knowing I wouldn't pass inspection because of a malfunctioning pesky purge valve, I succumbed to the notion of getting it fixed. I was at Fred Drake's the next day, my fixed, purring car back in my hands two business days later. Communicative, quick, reliable, overall pretty wonderful. If you have to car adult, then by all means, make sure to adult with the best adults. Highly recommend. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
