Comment : I had an excellent experience at Fred Drake and will definitely be coming back! I only came in for an oil change, but it was honestly the best experience I’ve had at any shop. From start to finish, the service was quick, efficient, and professional—I was in and out in just 16 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which immediately made the visit stress-free. On top of that, the price was better than anywhere else I’ve been, making it not only convenient but also a great value. It’s rare to find a shop that combines speed, kindness, quality, and affordability all in one. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and a great customer experience.

Comment : I'm new to Fred Drake's Automotive, so I may be a little hesitant about my review. I've only had this one visit, but I'm happy with my first visit. I brought my Corolla in to have her PCV valve replaced, and her brake fluid exchanged. I met some good people at Fred Drake's Automotive. They were all very attentive and I can only speak well of them. I'll be bringing her in again for a full synthetic oil change and to replace her spark plugs. I like to keep my cars running well. I brought her in at 8:00, and was told that it would be about 2 hours. I was in and out in an hour and 20 minutes. Don't tell them, but I think I've found a home for my car. She'll get good care here. I'll update my review with each visit.

I'm looking forward to Drake's becoming an authorized BG center. I like BG products.

Comment : We had our Tire rack tires mounted and balanced here, along with an alignment. It was a simple and quick process. The people were nice and the communication was excellent!! We will be back!

Comment : Kevin in service overcharged me twice within 2 weeks . He was going to charge me 144 dollars for running a check engine code. I complained and he he quickly removed the entire cost. He was going to charge me 325 dollars for a fuel filter. I took the truck to another mechanic, they laughed at the price, took me in the back, and replaced my filter for 40$ ( I brought the filter) I watched them do it in 10 minutes. Kevin admits to overcharging me and says it’s “weird” that the price is so high. Will try and sneak huge charges and hope you don’t notice .

Comment : I just spent several thousand dollars here and I'm happy. No, I'm not crazy and not rich either. But I am confident I'll get another 100K miles on my truck, which needed timing belt, plugs, water pump, etc etc etc after 102K miles. Highly recommended.

Comment : i coin’ have been more pleased. i had made my appt on line however when k got there the lady who was helping me couldn’t find it. i said no big deal i live close enough we can reschedule and i can come back. she wouldn’t hear of it she said hold kn she went in then back came back out and said no problem we can get it in right now. service Dept turned the car right around in no time and i was on myy way. The staff was terrific the service was outstanding and i will be back!!!
