Comment : Overall great experience. Service rep David was very friendly and helpful. Lead mechanic came out as well to provide expert knowledge on Nissan transmissions and services needed. Building and service area, including the shop area were clean. Great work from their team. Will definitely return for future service.

Comment : I unexpectedly had to think about purchasing a new car. I always had my eye on the Rouge so I knew that would be my first choice. I contacted Fred Beans and Kammy Rivera reached out to me to help me with any questions. She was great. When I finally made the appointment to test drive Kammy helped me with every step and answered all my questions. I felt no pressure at all which made the experience even better. Once my decision was made Neil Patel helped with the financing side. He put me a ease since I had no idea what to expect. What could have been an exhausting experience turned out to be professional, friendly and respectful to my needs. Kammy and Neil were great and I would whole heartedly recommend anyone reach out to them. Looking forward to a long relationship with Fred Beans.
