Comment : Great place for your vehicle needs. The staff is very attentive and professional. The Saturday Service Advisor (TW) was friendly and took time to thoroughly explain the details. I couldn't be happier.

Comment : My wife and I recently had a disappointing experience during what should have been a routine service visit. We had an early morning appointment and arrived in two separate vehicles so we could leave together while our Kia was being serviced.

When my wife pulled up to the service area, she mistakenly entered through the service door instead of the designated entrance. It was an honest mistake—she didn’t notice the signage and was simply trying to follow what seemed like the most direct path.

Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled by a staff member—who later identified herself as Tonya from the Collision Center—was unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional. Rather than calmly informing my wife of the correct procedure, she approached her in a confrontational manner and aggresively told her to move. My wife, caught off guard, tried to de-escalate the situation by greeting her with a polite “good morning,” but the tone remained rude and dismissive.

We understand that rules and procedures need to be followed, but how staff communicate with customers matters just as much. A simple, respectful explanation would have resolved the situation without leaving a very negative impression.

Experiences like this reflect very poorly on customer service standards and highlight the importance of proper staff training in professionalism and communication. Unfortunately, this interaction has led us to reconsider doing business here, and we will likely take our vehicle elsewhere in the future.

We hope management takes feedback like this seriously and invests in ensuring that all customers are treated with courtesy and respect—especially in situations involving simple misunderstandings.
