Comment : Absolutely horrible to do business with. I called there 2 Fridays ago. March 21st to confirm the availability of a truck they had. Harrison, the commercial manager confirmed the availability. I drove 2 hours to there location. Test drove the vehicle. They appraised my trade in. We agreed on a number for my trade in, as well as the vehicle if he purchasing. I sent in an application. My co signer sent there s in online. This was at 1pm. Harrison said I was good to take off and he d call me by 5pm if I was approved or not. I asked if I had to put a down payment on the vehicle to hold it until Monday when I could make it back to do paperwork. He said no, as long as I had a pre approval from a bank. He d hold it. So I left. Never got a call Friday, I texted Saturday, no answer, I texted Sunday. No answer. I finally got a hold of him on Monday. All to find out, the vehicle had sold Saturday by another sister dealer. MY CREDIT WAS NEVER RUN. NEVER WAS EVEN GIVEN THE CHANCE TO BUY THIS TRUCK, WASTED 6 hours of my Friday on this. Place is a joke! I called Tuesday to speak with the store manager. He told me he has to speak with a few people and he d call me back the next day. Comment : My ordered 2025 Mustang Dark Horse had arrived and the whole team went out of their way to prep the car to have it ready for me to pick up on short notice. Not only normal dealer prep but the car was hand washed and full of fuel. It's been awhile since a dealership has gotten that far during a purchase. Thank you.
