Comment : The entire experience of choosing which Bronco Spirt I wanted, to explaining features, answering questions, looking up certain items I wanted to taking care of getting the car ready for me to drive off the lot. Leasing from fianc? guy was clear and answered questions and service got it ready to drive off the lot with all stickers I needed, to parts helping the sales person Jake Myers look for pet coverings for me.All were polite, friendly, efficient and I give them a 5??

Comment : From start to finish, dealing with Chip and Tawnia was a first-class experience. Chip's follow up and attention to detail was spot on. He facilitated several accessories added to the vehicle and delivered promptly after completion. Price was very competitive but the communication and follow up made it an easy decision on where to buy. Highly recommend

Comment : This was the first time using the mobile service. The technician, Bryan, was on time and very professional. He was extremely polite and the oil change on my Ranger was done quickly. The cleanup was perfect. I was very impressed and pleased with the work!

Comment : I had my trucks bug shield replaced here shortly after purchasing my truck here, because I thought that they would do the best job. However, when the guy brought my truck around, I just happened to be right there when he parked it so I went over to look at it right away, and the young man explained to me that he buffed through the paint in a couple of places and showed me one of the places and told me that there were more spots under the new bug shield. When I went inside and brought the issue to service desks attention, the supervisor came out and denied everything and refused to fix it. Even after I told him that the guy who did it told me all about it, he still denied everything and refused to fix it. I continued complaining about it and was contacted by my salesperson who told me that he would take care of it but it never happened. I am so disappointed with this management. Little did they know, this was the first truck purchase of my fleet. I now have 3 other commercial trucks that I have purchased from a different dealership.

Comment : I was driving from Kansas to Enola Pa to visit family. After arriving my F-150 had a parking brake warning light. I called the dealership and they got me right in. It was more serious than thought but they got the part in same day and installed. I was back on the road. Thanks for the great Ford Service in Mechanicsburg Pa!

Comment : My husband and was looking for a newer used car, came here and after the sales experience I seen and heard I will not give them any service. We received a recall on the vehicle. They jumped to fix that, but yet my husband has put almost $2,000 into a car that was to be fixed under warranty and yet they could never find the problem. The warranty expired and we still had a car w a cluncking noise. So almost a year he has paid to fix it himself. Highly recommend finding someone who does the maintenance before car is sold, well honestly go somewhere else. I work w people daily. I have heard alot negative things and its sad I can tell my clients we have been thru the same thing as them.
