Comment : My name is Mona and I want to take a few minutes to share my experience with buying/leasing cars through Fred Beans Ford in Mechanicsburg, PA. My husband and I have bought or leased our cars from Fred Beans for a number of years. Our experience has always been good and very satisfying. The salesperson that has helped us each time has been Harrison Sechrist. He has always gone out of his way to make sure that we got the car that would meet our needs and expectations. Our last leased vehicle was a 2022 Ford Explorer XLT. My husband passed away about 2 years ago. This last July the lease for this vehicle expired. I contacted Harrison to see what would be the best route for me to take regarding a buyout or a trade-in. He was a great help and I decided to buy this car. However, less than a month after buying this car, I had doubts about my decision. Once again, I called Harrison to see if possibly a lease might be a better way for me to go. I told him my needs for a new car. He said he would do some checking and get back to me. He called me and said that he had found a 2025 Ford Escape that he thought would be a good lease car for me and he thought I would like. I went to see the car, and, as he thought, I liked the car very much, took a test drive and I purchased the car the same day. There was more involved because he had to contact the loan holder for the 2022 Explorer to make arrangements to satisfy that loan to release the Explorer so I could use it as a trade-in for the Escape. I merely had to go to the dealership and sign papers. Harrison did all of the leg work to make everything happen. I have trusted Harrison for many years to help me with any questions I might have. I know that he has and will continue to do his very best to help me in any way he can. I don't just consider him to be my salesman of choice but to be a good friend also. Thanks, Harrison, for going out of your way to help me.

Comment : I was there in November looking for a car, first they shuffled me all around, until someone was willing to help me. I finally had a salesman to help. John Daniel's is still stuck in the 50's. He kept asking me multiple times if ot was ok if I bought a car without my husband and are you sure you dont need to contact him? Then they decided to test drive my car to see what was up with it. They did this without asking, so they didn't know the transmission was slipping. If they would have caused an accident it would have been on me. So I went to nissan and bought a car all by myself my husband didn't see it until the day I picked it up. They never asked me specifically what was wrong with the car, I just told them it was going and I assume they knew that would be the transmission or the engine, point of the story here is they gave me $1000 for that car, which i think is huge, I didn't expect anything.

Comment : SCAMMED MY PARENTS TO “DESCALE” THEIR ENGINE AT 15000 MILES BECAUSE CARBON BUILD UP. CHARGED $270 DOLLARS, FOR AN HOUR OF LABOR, WHEN ENGINE DESCALING IS AT LEAST A 5 HOUR JOB AND REQUIRES WALNUT BLASTING!!!!
