Comment : My 2024 Ford Maverick drivers front door broke...I went to Fred Beans were I had gone previously for a recall.. I spoke to Mike Trapp...after looking at the door he spoke to his service Mgr. The truck was no longer under warranty but Mark was able to get Ford to help pay for a new door. They were able to resolve the situation within a week. Not only did I get a new door but they gave me a loaner while my truck was being fixed. I can't thank Mike and Mark enough for the excellent and swift resolution. When I picked up my truck they had also detailed the outside! Mike was wonderful to work with as was Mark. I will definitely be returning for future service. I highly recommend Mike for any service needs. Thank you Mike and Mark!

Comment : I have been working with Fred Beans for the past decade. I have purchased multiple vehicles from the location and each experience has been better than the last. They always look for exactly what I'm looking for and never cease to exceed my expectations as a customer. Besides the purchasing side, their service side has also been phenomenal. I used to always be a foreign vehicle girl, but since finding Fred Beans Ford and the Ford Explorer, I can't see myself ever going back.. Special shout out to my salesman Ed for always going above and beyond every time I'm looking for a new vehicle.

Comment : This was the second vehicle I purchased from Fred Beans of Boyertown. Alex, my salesman, was amazing from start to finish with the purchasing of my vehicle. He was knowledgeable and made the process smooth and stress free. The finance manager, Gerry, was also great! He made sure I was getting exactly what I needed within what I could afford and explained everything thoroughly. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs a new vehicle.
