Comment : I recently bought a 2022 Ram cut away van. The van is in overall good condition and I believe worth what I paid. The purchasing experience was overall good as I was in and out in about 4-5 hours. The salesman did a great job himself and has a great personality! One thing that kept me there was the detailing that was done while I waited. This is where Fred Beans is lacking as the detail job was terrible. There was trash and debris that wasn’t cleaned out of the storage boxes, door jams weren’t wiped clean at all and the interior wasn’t vacuumed properly. Definitely a terrible job detailing.

Comment : I was visiting family out of state when my windshield wiper blew off. I went to Fred Beans and they were super nice. They were friendly and accommodating. They took my car right in. I was out within a half hour and was able to drive home in the rain. If I ever run into trouble again when I'm there I will definitely go to them.

Comment : I recently visited the Fred Beans Chevy lot with serious intent to purchase a vehicle. After test driving a car I really liked, I was ready to buy it on the spot. However, during the negotiation process, there was absolutely no flexibility on pricing or on the additional charge for the "Nissan Silent Security" etching--a feature I consider to be of little real value. It's easily removable, doesn't impact insurance in a meaningful way, and none of the other dealerships I've visited include this fee. I chose not to move forward at that time. A week later, I saw that the car's price had dropped by \$500, yet the unnecessary etching fee was still included. Despite my reservations, I hadn't found another car I liked as much. Then, on Thursday, 5/8/25, the price dropped another \$500--now \$1,000 less than the original asking price. I contacted the same salesperson to confirm the new price and again asked if the etching fee could be waived. He confirmed the price drop but said the fee was still non-negotiable. When asked if I was still interested, I reluctantly said yes. I made the trip back to the dealership, only to be told--after the salesperson had gone to get the keys--that the car had already been sold to a Kia dealership in Langhorne. That was extremely frustrating and felt like a completely wasted trip. This all could have been avoided had we come to a fair agreement two weeks earlier. The most disappointing part? I later found out that not all dealerships under the Fred Beans umbrella treat the "Silent Security" fee as mandatory. It's clear this was a missed opportunity--not only for a sale but also for earning a future loyal customer.
