Comment : I am a retired union ironworker and have a some what special review. I went into Fred Beans to purchase a 2024 Chev 3500 WT Regular cab. Black in color. I was ready to buy the truck on the spot for MSRP if they would throw in a set of rear wheel liners 206.00 and a spray in bed liner 450.00. Not only would they not take anything off of the MSRP, they sent me home because the salesman and his manager John Ciocca had to see if they could throw them in on the deal and they would let me know. I had cash in hand to buy the 52K truck!!! They had to think about giving me 650.00 dollars off on a 52K deal? Any way I am writing this review to actually thank the idiot salesman and his confirmed idiot manager John Ciocca for delaying the deal. While waiting I was able to find a 2025 model year in an LT and was given appx 3K off of the MSRP on an over the phone deal with Fisher chevrolet whom are in my opinion awesome folks and appreciate an honest hard working customer like myself. That beautiful truck was purchased on Friday and now sits in my garage at my home. Again I want to thank the manager and salesman at Fred Beans for being the money hungry idiots that they are. Without their disrespect and greed towards the working man I would have never purchased my better new truck!! By the way, they still have the truck!!! Capt. Ed W. Comment : I brought my 2012 Chevy Camaro in to get my Air Conditioning and Heating fixed. After a few hiccups and (3) long weeks, I got my car back with Both my Air Conditioning and Heating working great. Chris Ofner, Service Manager, Melissa Nyce/Service Dept. and Victoria, Receptionist, were very Kind, Helpful and Informative to me; they kept me updated the entire time my car was being worked on. I was so happy to get my car back when I did. I am FOREVER GRATEFUL to Chris Ofner, Melissa Nyce and Victoria, the Receptionist as well as All the Auto Technicians who did actual work on my car. Thank you ????I am sorry it took so long to do this Survey but the very Next Day after getting my car back, I had a full blown Heart Attack and I just got out of hospital a few days ago.I brought my 2012 Chevy Camaro in to get my Air Conditioning and Heating fixed.
