Comment : I had a slight shimmy at certain speeds, so when the service center suggested a tire balance and alignment i went ahead and had those done. Immediately after getting the car back I noticed a VERY strong pull to the left when accelerating and breaking. So much so that at a stop if I take my hands off the wheel and accelerate, the car will move fully to the left lane within 2 to 3 seconds. During straight runs the wheel needs to be turned to the right to get the car to go straight. As soon as I got home I called and needed to schedule a second appointment for next week. This was to say the least annoying but also dangerous.

Comment : It was easy to make an appointment online and the entire staff communicated well. They were able to diagnose an ongoing problem that my Traverse was having. Bonus: they gave me a courtesy shuttle over to Peace Valley Nature Center so I could spend my time walking trails while waiting for the diagnosis.

We set up an appointment for the next day. We had a scare losing the car to another buyer—long story—but it all worked out. Matt was great to work with. No pressure, great communication, and made the purchase painless. Fred Beans did a great job prepping the car for sale and handling the registration paperwork. A very positive experience. Ask for Matt if you are in the market for a car; he is a consummate professional.
