Comment : WOW! I finally received a call back from finance manager after weeks of trying to contact the general manager (who in a earlier review said to contact him to resolve any issues with my experience. What a lie, still no contact after trying multiple times) and finance manager for information of the registration I'm waiting for on the 3rd month now, yes my 2 month T tag is expired, no biggie that's not the issue. The title of trade in has yet to be sent to the registration company for transfer along with the registration fee that I could provide if owed by me any time. The dealer claims they are waiting for processing from other parties however after checking who are involved all documents has been sent in to dealer title from bank got released to dealer in September it is now end of November. Dealer claims they need to put the title in the dealers name however the trade in car appears to be sold since not listed in inventory anymore (just a guess). How can the dealer sell a car they haven't owned ? Doesn't make sense, title should have been transferred by that time and sent in but I'm no expert. I was told the registration company the hold up is from dealer and it could take awhile which I get, but confirming with the registration company twice they are waiting on documents provided by the dealer, go figure! Want to resolve the issue ? Sent the documents in to get my tag transfer completed in time! Honest communication would have avoided these concerns.

Comment : Worst experience I’ve had from a car dealership! The dealership has held $2000 of my supposed to be refunded down payment for thee last 2 month still have not received my refund (refund was said to be needed in order to buy GAP insurance, I find that hard to believe) New registration hasn’t came in the mail for my tag transfer, my T tag is expired now. The dealership owes me another $500 towards my trade in on their end still when not received any information on my money that’s owed or my registration hold up. Finance manager are hard to get in contact with. No answers when spoken too. It’s been put off for too long very unacceptable while purchasing a brand new truck !
