Comment : Frank has a great personality and is amazingly knowledgeable about so many intricate details of so many vehicles. He's a fantastic "front of house" guy- gets the information he needs, without insulting your knowledge, or lack thereof. He's honest and forthcoming about any details relevant to your situation and he works quickly, but accurately.
The waiting area is very customer focused, with comfortable seating options, TV, coffee, charging outlets, and one of the cleanest repair shop restrooms I've ever been in. There also isn't an in house speaker or radio that you're forced to listen to while you wait.

Comment : I had a total car nightmare with my 2014 Chevy Cruze. Frank and his team provided me with the most amazing customer service! They helped me deal with my warranty and made sure I was aware of everything they were doing to my car. I have never felt more looked after when taking my car to a shop. They truly give you the family treatment and they will always have me as a customer! Thank you so much to Frank and the whole shop crew!

Comment : The guys at Franks Tire are absolutely amazing. Aside from being super kind and helpful, they are thorough, efficient, and very skilled. Not to mention Frank, who takes the time to thoroughly explain the ins and outs of what needs done, has been done, or why something is happening to your vehicle. Breaking things down helps a person who is not car savvy understand a lot! He really goes the extra mile and he answers all questions no matter the weight. Comment : I had my car towed here for a tire repair. Frank???s Tire ended up repairing multiple things. The owner took 45 minutes to go through all the repairs and they fixed everything at a very good price. One of the best experiences I have had at a Mechanic???s shop??? I will be bringing all my other vehicles here in the future.
