Comment : The guys at Franks Tire are absolutely amazing. Aside from being super kind and helpful, they are thorough, efficient, and very skilled. Not to mention Frank, who takes the time to thoroughly explain the ins and outs of what needs done, has been done, or why something is happening to your vehicle. Breaking things down helps a person who is not car savvy understand a lot! He really goes the extra mile and he answers all questions no matter the weight. Comment : I had my car towed here for a tire repair. Frank???s Tire ended up repairing multiple things. The owner took 45 minutes to go through all the repairs and they fixed everything at a very good price. One of the best experiences I have had at a Mechanic???s shop??? I will be bringing all my other vehicles here in the future.

Comment : Frank and his team are awesome! I wouldn???t trust my BMWs with anyone but him! I???ve had a couple problems with tires over the years and he has been able to get them patched up and back on the road instead of having to buy new tires right away. Very helpful, very honest, highly recommended.

Comment : I haven't used Frank's for almost 25 years, but out of the blue today I got a text from them reminding me to schedule my inspection. I haven't thought about them in years, but that text prompted me to write a review and explain why I haven't been there in 25 years. I was first introduced to Frank's when I needed a tow truck for my 1990 Nissan 300zx. Frank was not the driver, but he called me after the tow to let me know that if I ever needed help with that car to call. He seemed like a nice guy so I did start to take that car and my 1989 Nissan Pathfinder to his shop. I am not super knowledgeable about cars, and I'm sure Frank sensed I was an easy mark. Over the next year or so I think I spent about $10,000 in repairs between the two cars. Eventually I couldn't afford to go there anymore so I found a new mechanic. In the process I showed my invoices to three different mechanics. Their reactions were all the same. First, when I told them I had been going to Frank's they all said "Oooooooh" and not in a good way. Apparently they are a bit of a legend in the overcharging mechanic world. The mechanics all pointed out how he had been double charging me for the work he was doing. There is nothing I can do about it now, but hopefully this can serve as a warning to other automotively naive people out there to make sure you get a second opinion when you are dealing with Frank's.
