Comment : I had a base plate and braking system installed on my Ford Maverick. Frankie kept me updated several times a day and worked with me on all of the decision making to ensure that I understood what his team was doing. He even asked that I bring my motorhome to his facility so that we could try everything before returning my truck. I was treated like family instead of just another customer. The work was done with the ultimate care and it’s hard to tell that anything was done. I think he went way beyond what I was expecting and I highly recommend him and his team. Everything works perfectly and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Comment : Highly recommended!! Exceptional experience. I had major issues with an older car and called Frank's for a second opinion. No-one else I called wanted the job. Frank was responsive to my questions and knowledgable about the technical intricacies of the problem. He genuinely wanted to help. He discussed different solutions to address the problems, and took time to do extensive research to find parts and compile information before presenting options. He had my best interests in mind (to get the car safe and reliable and within a realistic budget) and was patient in discussing the options. The estimate for repairs was fair and reasonable. Frank easily saved me many thousands of dollars had I gone with the initial diagnosis the other place gave me. The vehicle actually runs *better* now than it did after the first place looked at it and put it back together. He has a team of highly skilled technicians and Frank takes pride in making sure the repairs were thorough and complete. He even followed up personally a week later to see how the car was performing. I will definitely be a customer for any automotive needs I have in the future. Thank you so much!!

Comment : I am a previous customer who came back to Frank’s after 10 years of taking my new, under warranty car to its dealership for maintenance and repairs. At Frank’s I was able to be seen in a timely manner and my concerns were heard. They got my car running better than ever because they are thorough and masterful in their work. The technicians know what they are doing and everything is shown and explained to the customer. They had to address and fix formerly shoddy work that had been done elsewhere so now I know that my car is safe and will run well. Don’t take the easy way out at a fast fix place. Do your homework and go to a privately operated garage with experienced, well-trained staff like Frank’s!

They are not only highly professional and knowledgeable, they are customer friendly …. mainly because they care about their customers’ safety. I feel secure driving my vehicle.

Comment : First of all, I tried to get my car towed to the dealership, and Frank stopped me in my tracks by trying to convince this is a one stop shop and made it a four day nightmare. He was being informative at first, but then once he realized he wasn’t working on my vehicle, he started telling me more things that was wrong with my vehicle and started saying what was really going on with my car and the dealership couldn’t fix it .he sabotage my tires By putting tar and rocks on my tires . He gave my insurance to run around, was being very condescending . If I were you, I would not choose this place very unprofessional extremely rude tries to shun you when you ask questions hung up on me. Gave you the runaround when you were trying to ask important questions kept stating that he did it for 30+ years, but was being very spiteful He harassed the dealership that was transferring my vehicle too, was bringing up different claims with my insurance company instead of getting to the root of the problem Denied a tow three times ruined my tires so he can get more money out of me. It’s giving scam artist vibes so if you want scammed and disrespected this is the shop to choose for the games. He likes to play very upset with how he handled things instead of being passionate about a simple job. I recommend do not do it call somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!
