Comment : Brang my car in months ago for a diagnostic test and when they were checking my wheel wells they took off the plastic coverings on the under side of the car, behind the tires, and didn't resecure them. They only put one tab in on both sides so when I left the plastic on both sides was dragging. Had to buy new tabs myself. Very dissapointed in them, I expected better attention to detail.

Comment : Highly Dissatisfied with Service - Misrepresentation and Unnecessary Charges
My experience with this service was highly disappointing, as it did not align with what was advertised, expected, or offered. The claims made were unfounded, and the work performed was substandard.
To address the issues, I was informed of a mandatory "3-hour, $310 diagnostic." This process appeared to be an excuse for excessive and irrelevant photography, rather than a genuine diagnostic.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. It is a waste of time and money, and customers should be prepared for misleading information.

Comment : Took my 2014 Traverse in with starter issues- mechanic George did a thorough check-up on it and offered a few key additional services that I know were sorely needed. He kept in touch with me via text, which was hugely helpful , as I was working myself during the process. The job was done way sooner than I expected, and my car has run like a top since. I am very pleased to have found such a great place for car care locally!
