Comment : Came and picked up my car for an oil change and found a couple of problems. Contacted me and provided estimate. Repairs completed car returned to my office and was able to make payment over the phone.

Comment : Guys were nice enough, although I already knew what I wanted and was in and out within 25 minutes… the real issue is the companies integrity. I called about an issue the car had within 2 weeks of owning the car, I didn’t have time to drive an hour to have them look at it. Turns out the struts were bad, (don’t know how they passed inspection), had to pay $700.00 for someone they should have had done before I purchased it. Instead of taking the issue seriously they chopped
It up to it’s not really their problem. I’m buying a new truck and guess where I’m not going?

Comment : FRANKLIN CHRYSLER always goes the extra mile to please the customer. They make every effort to make sure that the customer is satisfied with their work. That, and the beautiful smile of the beautiful women originally from Colorado that works at the Service Desk is an exceptionally pleasantry as well!
