Comment : My vehicle was recently repaired at Frankie's Auto Body and I'd highly recommend its services to others. Ricardo provided excellent customer service, keeping me updated during the repair process, and delivering my vehicle back washed and spotless on the day he promised. My vehicle was returned to me in like-new condition, and the pricing for repairs was more than reasonable. Thanks again to Ricardo and all the nice people at Frankie's for a job well done!

Comment : I was rear ended in a Hyundai Sonata SEL 2023 and they fixed my rear bumper and fender making it look as if it never happened. The paint job was phenomenal and they gave my car a wash leaving it looking amazing. They also washed my rims as an added bonus. They used all original parts and the fought for me with insurance to get the money and make sure everything is situated. They did an amazing job and it all costed less than 5k.

Comment : Deceiving and Dishonest. They charged my insurance policy through GEICO a lot of money and when I complaint about the repair lack of quality they warned me that GEICO will cancel my insurance policy if I bring it up!!!! Stay away from these crooks!!!!

Comment : They are very incompetent & Deceptive. For very small repair they had my car for 6 days. When I picked up the Car at 5pm driving home I realized the same noise that made me to take it to them originally came right back. so I took the car back to them next morning to be reevaluated. So they claimed this is not because of original complaint !!! therefore I have to pay them additional money to thousands of dollars that they had already charged my Insurance GEICO in cash out of my pocket. They want me to call the Mercedes Benz to find out where is the part they claimed they had ordered for me. I spoke to their technical manager and Realized that he has no clue and probably his experience limited to a cave man working on bogies. to save yourself a lot of headache stay away the Frankie bodyshop in Edison NJ. By the way their technical manager told if I complain to GEICO about their services my auto insurance policy will be automatically terminated in order to keep me quite, "SUCH A LIE

Comment : I used Frankie Auto’s to fix my car that was involved into an accident. Car was taken care of very well and Ricardo did amazing wonderful job o taking care of everything. Frankie’s auto also provided me with regular updates.
