Comment : I had such a great experience with Frames. I worked with Bill, the owner and he has done fantastic work for my mother on her cars, and you can just tell he really knows what he’s doing and actually cares.
I originally brought my car in after a local dealership said they fixed the issue… but clearly didn’t. The dealership charged me $250 just for a diagnostic and took three days to come up with something that might be wrong. Meanwhile, Bill was able to figure out the real problem without charging me $250 to run a diagnostic...and actually fix it.
He told me upfront it might not be until the following week that he could get to my car, but then he ended up getting to it the same week and had everything fixed and back to me before the weekend.
You can tell he takes the time to really look into what’s going on and doesn’t just guess. He understands the urgency and genuinely wants to fix things the right way the first time.
Also, Gary at the front is super kind and welcoming!
If you want someone honest who actually knows what they’re doing, I’d 100% recommend Frames. They are highly rated for a reason!

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : The guys at Frames Automotive are top notch. My truck broke down while driving south on I-95 and I found Frames through AAA. Rob took the truck and fixed it quickly while being up front on communication and pricing. Since it was a last minute drop off the day after Christmas, I figured it would take over a week to fix it due to normal backlog and holidays, but they worked hard to fix it as quick as they could and I picked it up a couple days later.

They also did an overall service check to see if there were any other issues with my truck.

If I lived in the NOVA area, Frames would be my auto repair shop.

Comment : I haven't even dropped my car off yet, but have an appointment to drop it off tomorrow and can. Not. WAIT! I am the original owner to my car and I feel like I've never really found a great mechanic. I was referred to frames by another mechanic in the area actually. As soon as I called they asked me to come in so they could run a scan! I pulled up and walked in, they told me to pull up to the side and they came out as soon as they were finished helping another customer. One of the mechanics came to run a code and literally sat in my car and said "yeah this isn't running right!" The fact that he could literally sit in it and feel that there was a problem was amazing to me. Seeing as when I have the issues, I'm usually accelerating into 3K rpm's. They scheduled me their next available appointment and after reading these reviews I think this is going to be a great checkup for my car! Will post an update!
