Comment : I had to use Frames about a year ago but am just getting around to sharing my experience. I had taken my vehicle in for service at the dealership where they "found" a list of problems. After chatting with a colleague about the various things wrong with the car she mentioned she had been using Frames for years and suggested to go there for a second opinion. Very glad I did. He told me that he could not see any of those issues provided by the dealership but that he did see a faulty water pump that needed to be replaced. He popped the hood and even showed me the problem. I went ahead and did this repair. Now fast forward to now. I just received a mailer from the car manufacturer that my vehicle purchased between certain dates may have had a faulty main engine water pump and is entitled to 80% reimbursement of any proven repairs. I hope whoever takes over after Bill continues this old town garage mentality. We really need these types of businesses in our community.

Comment : I had such a great experience with Frames. I worked with Bill, the owner and he has done fantastic work for my mother on her cars, and you can just tell he really knows what he?s doing and actually cares.
I originally brought my car in after a local dealership said they fixed the issue? but clearly didn?t. The dealership charged me $250 just for a diagnostic and took three days to come up with something that might be wrong. Meanwhile, Bill was able to figure out the real problem without charging me $250 to run a diagnostic...and actually fix it.
He told me upfront it might not be until the following week that he could get to my car, but then he ended up getting to it the same week and had everything fixed and back to me before the weekend.
You can tell he takes the time to really look into what?s going on and doesn?t just guess. He understands the urgency and genuinely wants to fix things the right way the first time.
Also, Gary at the front is super kind and welcoming!
If you want someone honest who actually knows what they?re doing, I?d 100% recommend Frames. They are highly rated for a reason!

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.
