Comment : I haven't even dropped my car off yet, but have an appointment to drop it off tomorrow and can. Not. WAIT! I am the original owner to my car and I feel like I've never really found a great mechanic. I was referred to frames by another mechanic in the area actually. As soon as I called they asked me to come in so they could run a scan! I pulled up and walked in, they told me to pull up to the side and they came out as soon as they were finished helping another customer. One of the mechanics came to run a code and literally sat in my car and said "yeah this isn't running right!" The fact that he could literally sit in it and feel that there was a problem was amazing to me. Seeing as when I have the issues, I'm usually accelerating into 3K rpm's. They scheduled me their next available appointment and after reading these reviews I think this is going to be a great checkup for my car! Will post an update!

Comment : Good old fashioned garage. Bill is honest man and all the wrenches seem very knowledgeable. Bill inspected a couple new cars pre-purchase for me and saved me from a huge mistake. Also the 50???s Cola machine is pretty sweet

Comment : I had my vehicle towed (starter went bad) to Frames on a late Friday morning and called to confirm my vehicle was delivered. Within two hours after I received a call confirming the repair I needed and the cost estimate. The next day, Saturday, I was surprised to receive another call confirming my vehicle repairs were completed which included an additional repair to address leaking power steering line. Although I was not able to pick up right away on Saturday(they close at noon) I was impressed they got both repairs done. I picked up my vehicle Monday morning and was impressed with the knowledge provided by the owner of my vehicle model and professionalism. The rates for repair were also reasonable, fair and utilized OEM Branded parts which is always preferred.

Comment : My husband took his truck to Frames Automotive when we were uncertain about the issue. Previously, another shop had quoted us $8,000 for a problem they couldn't even confirm. At Frames Automotive, we worked with Bill, who was extremely helpful. The team was not only fast and reasonable but also went above and beyond to assist my husband, turning a stressful situation into a much easier one. Although this was our first experience with Frames Automotive, we will definitely be returning, even though we live in Bristow.
