Comment : I am thankful that they were available on a Saturday. Many shops were not open to do the battery replacement for my BMW X3. Their price was the best I could find and their service was amazing. The shop is very very clean, which you do not see in most shops. The only thing that I was not happy about was having to wait so long for a battery delivery, which is actually not the shops fault. It was the outside 3rd party service that was suppose to deliver it. The 3rd party service never ended up delivering the battery, but thankfully the shop had a better battery already available and they gave me a great deal on it as well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing repairs.

Comment : I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Amazing people that went way above and beyond. Super honest, extremely helpful, and beyond helpful. Thank you Moses. This is my new main mechanic now. I went for a sliding door issue that has been happening for months and really annoying me, they fixed it within the day. The quote was fair and the pricing is decent. I highly recommend them.

Comment : It took a couple of visits to fix the problem with one of my vehicles. I will note that we have not been as happy with Fox Auto Care service since the owner handed off management to his staff. My husband recently took in his car to troubleshoot an issue. They strongly recommended a very expensive repair. When he said we weren't going to spend that much as the car was a junker, only then did they recommend something less expensive (and the front office guy said that is what he would recommend but the lead tech was recommending the more expensive path).

Comment : I have been using Fox for 15 years. Customer service and trust are their key strengths. I?ve always appreciated that they will tell me when I don?t need to repair something immediately or to check if the repair is under warranty. I am glad to see Mo has assumed ownership and keeping with the traditions of excellent work and trust.
