Comment : The maintenance was done efficiently and quickly. Thank you Alesha and well for the first time in years after my service you washed my car. THAT WAS AWESOME GLAD YOU ARE DOING THIS AGAIN. REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE!!! This time - again maintenance was awesome . however thei sales people need training. I was never happy when Chloe threw me in my car. I was not prepared to purchase yet, but they told me if I didn t. I would lose it and it was night and she didn t even tell me how to turn on the lights I went from a car to SUV. And now I m going to purchase my SUV because of low mileage and because of the economy right now. And the new person John I told him I was coming to speak to him about purchasing my vehicle and talk about my options when I got my oil change. But he did not listen via email and said I thought you were gonna purchase today and then he turned in a real jerk And I said no I just needed to know about how to purchase it and finance it anyhow I have to go back to him to buy out my vehicle and I m not looking forward to it. Comment : Crooked shop fixes parts that aren't broken on your vehicle, and will misdiagnose you all the time, and they don't do their jobs properlySave your moneyDon't ever buy a vehicle from here or buy a chevy vehicle ever

Comment : The absolutely worse experience dealing with incompetent girl in charge of finance!I literally had to make 3 seperate trips back there because she didn t know what she was doing with the paperwork and when she said she would be there on the day I showed up she wasn t there yet.so when she finally got there she STILL didn t have the paperwork ready so I waited at least 15-20 mins.in which she again didn t have it complete.she tells me she will send it to my app in which I never got.Purchasing a car is somewhat time consuming I m very aware of that.Ive purchased quite a few vehicles in my lifetime and this was the first time I m shaking my head like Fosters in Sandusky ohio was literally a train wreck.The best thing that came out of it was my salesperson Victoria Lewis absolutely awesome salesperson.Id love to return just because Victoria is awesome but unfortunately after a sale you have to go to the finance girl.That may be a deal breaker for me.Foster get it together!!!!The absolutely worse experience dealing with incompetent girl in charge of finance!I literally had to make 3 seperate trips back there because she didn t know what she was doing with the paperwork and when she said she would be there on the More

Comment : Bought a car 2 months ago and it is now sitting in another shop getting the motor replaced. Lied about it being inspected and will not assist in paying for any repairs. Have been hung up on numerous times even after starting out respectful and then things changed. Would not recommend buying from them.
