Comment : 40 West Auto Care & Towing really saved me last week. They responded to my tow request right away and took care of my repairs the same day. Rob was very friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend them. I will definitely call them moving forward.

Comment : My car has only been there for storage for insurance, but I had to call a bunch due to lots of back and forth with insurance, towing and me. Jimmy went above and beyond with patience and guidance and always answered on the first ring, so just had to give my compliments ????

Comment : Leaving a one star because their drivers are extremely dangerous. I was driving through Frederick today, and one of their trucks (carrying a blue Honda) was aggressively driving through downtown, cutting people off left and right and honking at pedestrians (one with a child) when they were crossing the street at a pedestrian crosswalk (where pedestrians have the right away in a busy part of town). I was stopped at a cross walk waiting to turn left and 40 wests truck was behind me. The truck aggressively went around me, almost hitting our back bumper and the car blocking our turn, all to get ahead by a millisecond of time. Everyone has places to be, but this was just ridiculous. The truck is going to end up in a wreck. Be careful!!Leaving a one star because their drivers are extremely dangerous. Comment : My car broke down on me in the middle of the night while I was on my way home (an hour away) from my sister's house. I had already called for roadside assistance to either get me home or back to my sister's house, but called 40 West to see if it was possible to get my car in their shop as soon as possible, since I'm 40 weeks pregnant - 2 days away from my due date at the time. The person who picked up was one of their tow truck drivers and let me know that I could call in the morning and potentially get in right away, given my situation. He was VERY KIND! The next morning, I did as instructed and called them first thing and they came to my sister's house to pick up the vehicle (the tow fee was far more affordable than Roadside Assistance!) got a diagnosis/estimate within an hour and had my vehicle back to operational by that afternoon! Every employee that I interacted with was incredibly kind, courteous, and empathetic to the situation and prioritized my needs, given the emergency. I'm very grateful to the entire staff at this shop and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Frederick area who needs assistance with their vehicle. Thank you all so much for your service!
