I always had to call them and they did not call back when they said they would. They had our truck for 1 week and managed to break things on it and when we asked about these things, we were accused of the truck coming in that way and this was not the case. The things they broke were patched back together and not repaired. I filed a complaint with AAA so the details are there in the report. I trusted them with my childs truck because of the AAA logo on the building.
