Comment : Overall and okay but experience. I have been bringing my 2018 Tiguan her for multiple things including brakes, new struts, new coil spring and state inspection.
When the coil spring broke I had it towed in and the repaired it for $750. Five days later I noticed grease all over the inside of the wheel (CV boot had a hole, potentially from them replacing spring). Called and spoke to Olivia (who is great) and brought it back in. They agreed to fix the boot and I was happy. Until I got it home and all they did was glue the boot shut. They also did not clean any grease from the inside of the wheel or other parts.
I have spent over $2k here over the last few years and find it frustrating that simple things like cleaning up grease is being missed.

Comment : I have been looking for a place that isn't the dealer to take my car for ages. I have finally found my people. Olivia was amazing and so was Jason. We had some issues with my car due to a defective part but they reordered it and had my car done as fast as they could. I felt very confident when I picked my car up that everything was fixed and was safe to drive. I definitely am going back I will be back with them at the end of April for inspection this is definitely where I will be taking my Audi Q5 for the long haul.

Comment : BEAWARE OF $150 DIAGNOSTIC FEE!!! THEY ONLY MENTION IT IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO GO WITH THEM. I TOOK MY MINI WITH CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, THEY GOT 8 CODES FROM THAT BUT STILL DIDN'T KNOW WHAT NEEDS FIXED. THEN THEY SAID MENTIONED THEY ARE GOING TO START WITH PULLED VALVE COVER WHICH WOULD COST $300 AND WORK THEIR WAY UP??? I WAS TOLD I'M LOOKING AT $4000--$4500?? THEY ENDED UP CHARGING ME $87.83 ANYWAY CLAIMING THE LABOR IS NOT FREE YET IF I USED THEM TO FIX THE ISSUES THEN THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE DISAPPEARS???

NEVER TAKING MY CAR THERE AND NOR MY FELLOW MINI OWNING FRIENDS!!!

Interesting how the diagnostic fee magically disappears if you decide to get the repair done through them. That alone tells you everything about their business logic.

No need to worry ? no one I know will ever take their car there, myself included. And for context, my MINI is just my weekend car. I also own a Lexus GX460 and a Tesla Model Y, so trust me, I?m not short on options.

Good luck continuing to prey on customers with that ridiculous approach to diagnostic fees. Not everyone is a fool. ???

Comment : Third time I have been here for battery replacements after discovering that your local auto parts store are happy to try and install a battery but without the necessary recoding on BMW and Audi it can result in towing to someone who can do it properly. $300 less than BMW dealer and got it booked in two days after calling. Friendly, professional and efficient. What else do you need?
