Comment : PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! I’m new to Virginia and had a terrible experience at this car repair shop. A local recommended them because they work on foreign cars. I brought my Mercedes C-300 for a regular B service maintenance since my mechanic was unavailable. My car was making loud noises while running, and my AC had stopped working. I thought they could help with at least telling me the issue since they specialize in foreign cars. I waited from opening to about 1 p.m. and was given a $2,500 estimate for replacing my auxiliary fan and AC compressor. I went in without an engine light on and left with it on. They said the engine light was due to the fan. I paid $640 with my mechanic today for a new AC compressor SENSOR. They wanted $1700 for a new compressor that I didn’t need. My car is now quieter, and my AC is working. They glued my radiator sensor on with glue and tape, likely while trying to diagnose the issue. They called me at closing time to inform me that they hadn’t found the issue and offered to leave it over the weekend or fix it later. I’m now stuck with an engine light that has never been on since I bought the car. They charged me $397 for the B service, and it would have been nice to get a discount since they broke my sensor and triggered the light! Then you tell me the engine light is on because of the fan. I won’t be returning very soon or just simply don’t know what they are doing, not worth the trip!

Comment : Some of their estimates are too high for minor fixes specially with electronic parts, but for mechanical fix it is okay to spend like estimates. I would suggest one should invest in 150$ diagnostic tool which they can keep lieftime, rather than pay 360$ for diagnostic which is way too high ,, becoz that is only plug and read codes, it shouldn't be this high, I feel people in Arlington lack automobile basic knwldge and are okay to get ripped off. If they invest sometime googling or youtube it, you can come to specific of that issue and save ur self tons of money

Comment : Needed a master control switch replacement on my 2009 BMW convertible, as 3/4 windows were stuck down for weeks. After having had multiple shops tell me the part was ok backorder, Foreign Car Service not only was able to get it in under 2 weeks, but also provided the service at a very reasonable rate compared to other quotes I had received.
