Comment : Bought a truck thru these guys a while back and they made it unbelievabley fast and painless. I was in and out in record time! Had my first complimentary oil change done a few months back and had zero problems. Service department went above beyond for customer satisfaction. Definitely recommend 100 times over will be back in the future.

I came in with a long list of problems another garage had quoted me for (trying to get my inspection cleared). #1 Cochran Ford Monroeville immediately told me the car didn't need most of the fixes in the other shop's report. They got it running better than it has in a while and got my inspection done while they were at it. Comment : I would actually recommend Shultz ford instead. They are much better than this place. This place definitely was one of the worst for service. I recently needed to bring my car in to get my keys programmed and the staff was rude and it was hard to book any appointments. Years ago I also brought my car in for a recall and while I was waiting I was looking at new cars as I was interested in buying one. There were 3 car salesmen that saw me and didn t say a word to me. Just sat at their desks and were on their phones. Very rude staff, difficult to book an appointment, and very unprofessional. Again go to Shultz Ford of Monroeville. Comment : Bought my truck here with no issues with the sales team.. but when I came back 3 months later to fix a flat tire, it took the service department 4 hours. I took time off of work for this, and am frustrated with how long everything took.

Comment : A mechanic from the service center did not tighten the oil cap when I took my car in for an oil change twice in a row. I brought my car in for a free oil change after purchasing it from #1 Cochran, and it leaked oil because of the untightened cap. They then promised another free oil change because I had to pay someone else to identify and fix the problem, and when I took it back, they made the same mistake.
